(Halloween films) Is this the worst/sickest horror flick of all time? (probably NFSW)

I'm making a list of horror films for this Halloween; this year, the party is gonna be in my house and I want to impress the guests lol And I've just found this video about a truly sick/bad horror film. If you haven't watch this, do it: you'll never be the same omg shake

By the way, which horror films are you planning to watch this Halloween???

Basket Case goes down as one of the b-movie legends..it's not really sick and twisted..more so a campy classic 80's black comedy horror film with some great moments!

My vote goes to the sickest, maddening movie I have seen all year: I watched "A Serbian Film" last week for my scary movie watch..and .. omg Ill never ever watch this film AGAIN disbelief

Sick, sick, sick, twisted movie..I dont recommend anyone to watch it....but happy I have seen it to test my limits.

i'm not a horror fan but i've watched a few of the so called most scary/horrible movies and found it's all hype, like the human caterpillar

i have serbian film, but haven't watched it, but very quickly scanned through it and saw nothing really shocking. i presume it's the story that's shocking rather than the visuals?

antichrist was quite a hard hitting movie http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0870984/

and i heard orphan was a really good horror flick so i watched it, and the very start minute or two seemed like it was going to be really horrible (the birth sequence), just the way it was filmed and the sound effects, but the rest of the movie was more like a really good thriller instead of gore and stuff. it was really good though

the shining was one of the films that scared me the most, mainly down to the wendy carlos score that set a very offsetting vibe that dug into your nerves, particular in the corridor scenes. i'm a fan of all the kubrick flicks and stephen king wrote some great stories that were made into decent films. i've never read any of the books however. i must say the tv show haven is a load of crap though

bad boy bubby is a film i've had for a while that i've heard is weird/scary so i've not been in the mood to watch that yet. psychologically creepy stuff gets me the most

i've also not watched a lot of the rob zombie type stuff but i saw halloween remake which i thought was good as was the chainsaw massacre remake (original is good too), i don't know if the other films are as good or as gory or more gory, i didn't find them that bad really. i prefer a story rather than just gore. i liked the hostel films tho, and i've seen some very violent flicks like japanese movies like oldboy, so violence doesn't bother me, i just get bored if the story isn't decent. i don't watch films just to see gore and violence, i watch for the story or direction . so those masks of death type movies don't appeal to me at all

I heard about antichrist! II will check that out and oldboy. Heard those were good. Yes you have to watch Serbian Film, not just scan through...it's not about gore really..it is what HAPPENS while all this is going on that is sick...and what they do to him and involve him in is horrendous!

I also recommend if you havent seen it, Martyrs..very highly rated imo. Someone recommended it to me on prince.org last year and I have definitley remembered it since....I have never seen anything like it..way different outcome than I ever thought it was going to be.

I watched a sensational film recently called "House of The Devil", not only is the female lead exquisitely beautiful, but the film itself is superb. Its a true story based on events that took place in America surrounding the occult.

If you are looking for shocking, check out "Audition", its a Japanese film.

this was far worse...Reanimator. Any movie that has a disembodied head going down ona a girl who's laying on an autopsy table takes the cake...

But all of that aside, Night Of The Demons (Part 1) is one of those 1980's horror classics that were made especially for Halloween. Honest!

oldboy isn't a horror film though, it's part of a vengance trilogy. it's a bit more appealing to fans of gangster flicks perhaps. if you like the original version of infernal affairs that became the scorsese remake the departed, then you will probably like this. the other two films were the first one "sympathy for mr vengance" and the third was "lady vengance". the uk dvd of oldboy is cut in a few scenes i hear. the general theme of the movies is something bad happens to the main character who goes out to get vengance. they are really great movies. the girl with the dragon tattoo trilogy is also a good vengance trilogy and some of the best stuff i've seen in a long time, not horror, it's a thriller, but there are some pretty violent and sadistic parts in it. battle royale is perhaps closer to a horror, but it's really a black comedy

Then you should love it.

I actually think the trailer doesn't fully do the movie justice.

Nightmare Before Christmas

lol

(I don't like feeling scared. I couldn't finish watching The Ring. And now that my daughter thinks it's funny to talk to me with her finger in a raspy voice, I'll laugh off the mistake I made of watching The Shining last week. neutral)

Sleepy Hollow

Well, every Halloween, I have to watch the original Halloween.

I love Evil Dead cuz it's just stooooopid and gory.

The original Texas Chainsaw Massacre is pretty scary and sick.

I could probably think of more but I'm drunk watching the Giants try to win. lol
