Hey y'all. It's been non-stop since we got here. Just returned home from our roadtrip, so now I have a chance for some updates.
First I'll flesh things out from Gold Coast and work my way from there. Here are some more shots of the city center...

The moon was absolutely spectacular on the water. I didn't even come close to capturing it, but this was kinda a nice, moody representation.

Okay, so this "Night Scene" function on my camera...it's really pretty cool.
I stumbled across it on accident, hoping it would clear up some dark shots. Well, it doesn't. It just trips everything out and turns it into these weird abstractions. And I love it! It's how I came up with my avatar. It bends the light and wraps it around you. Sometimes it doubles you. Sometimes it makes you glow. Sometimes it makes things look 3D. You'll get the idea when you see this next series of shots. I think somebody dropped something in our Solo lemonades. ART!

Ian and Tracy ~ you two look so in love it is just ridiculous ~ and keeps the hope alive for everyone looking for that one true special person in the world.
Nathan ~ what a perfect trip for you. You look so in your element. I'm sooooo envious ~ especailly of the sandy beaches. All of my love to you and be safe. to everyone. n

Okay, I really like these. We got some really cool shots down along the boardwalk. They had some amazing trees and plantlife. They're a little eerie, but really beautiful I think. Ian was in rare form. Once the picture was taken, if it wasn't ART!, it was instantly deleted.
