That was some sorry ass shit.

Only the choreography at the start, and the overall production are worth mentioning. The rest - i.e. the music, song choices, cameos, lip-synching were dull.

Exactly. The big difference is that Madonna has a far superior catalogue to choose from and not just "tonight's gonna be a good, good night (repeat 10000 times).

I'm gonna listen to some White Heat and some songs from Like a Prayer now. Base bath this performance out of my brain.

And the crazy thing about Like a Prayer was that Cee-Lo carried the song! How ridiculous is it that another artist had to carry her song??? She couldn't even sing that live. Wow. She didn't even seem like she was into it. It was very pedestrian and lifeless. The BEP and Madonna proved to be terrible choices for this stage. I hope they get it right next year.

Another thing worth noting, did anyone see how unimpressed the audience appeared to be? Several shots of the audience and people just seemed to be sitting there and not very interested. At some point, my sister and I wondered if they were playing a track of people cheering because it didn't seem to match the actual audience. LAME!

I agree the heels seemed to be restricting her movement. I wish she would have worn something else. I thought she did great though.

That's because Cee-Lo was actually singing live.

Lets face it she ousted Princey boy yet again when it comes to putting on a show. I think U will find that other neutral sites will be praising that wonderful performance.
