Deepak Chopra and especially FRANK CASCIO retracting what was said 1-2 years ago in interviews regarding MJ and drugs conveniently too.

I'm more interested in the sentencing, if there is one, than the actual verdict.

Yeah that should be interesting if he gets convicted. I still think four years was too little, should've got ten at least but seeing as how it would've been harder to add more years or charge him with something else, this would have to do. neutral

Which is why either verdict shouldn't matter if the sentencing is reduced, but I think it will be guilty though it's going to be so disappointing if not, for issues that go beyond MJ too.

When did MJ start using Propofol? Was Murray the first person to give him that?

Not sure if this will work for the rest of you , but I'm playing other people's music right now and not MJ's, stuff about love and upbeat dance music, it's elevating my moods even though I'm stressed out and was a little shaky when the verdict was breaking news.

Arnold klein really is not trustworthy-why would he release an interview today of all days? He just looks like he's hiding a lot.

He's looking for an opportunity to try to be famous, which is what a lot of them did or try to do after Michael died.

If Murray is found guilty of involuntary manslaughter, he will get 4 years max and could get out in 2 for good behavior. confused

When I watched bits of the trial I was thinking 'how can this guy not go to jail?' but now that I've seen a few of you guys doubting what the verdict will be I don't know. It seems quite black & white to me though.

This is not what a doctor is/does! Yes, MJ was asking him to do all of these things but that does not excuse the actions and certainly doesn't excuse him leaving the room for any amount of time after giving him propofol let alone the amount of time that he did. Plus propofol isn't allowed to be given anywhere other than a hospital. Hello?!? He's breaking the law already there.

Definite negligence. He should be in jail. He broke the law, whether MJ did too is absolutely irrelevant in this specific case.

All that said, I feel sorry for him. He didn't mean to kill him but his actions are done and he has to be punished for being too reckless, negligent and blinded by money.

yeah I heard about that too, which is why after I heard it, I prepared myself for a not guilty verdict in the worst case scenario, cause house arrest wouldn't be that different.....but he should still get a guilty verdict, and this will still result in losing his license. If he really is this incompetent, even if "anxiety did it to him" people like that should not be practicing and it is an insult to the profession.
