Well, your "what if" scenario is bogus. lol

Janet not changing costumes has nothing to do with being a tomboy or True You. Let's be realistic here. lol

Only thing she changed during the Saturday show was her wife beater .. after every video break, she'd toss on a fresh one .. she also removed Doesn't Really Matter, All For You, Black Cat and I Get Lonely from the set list .. 4 of my favorite songs ..

falloff Janet needs to get it together. How the hell are you going to cut your last #1 hit off the setlist?! Ch... and the butch look...

Michael & Janet together again...I wish they had collaborated for more than one song; an entire album with MJ and Janet would have been really nice. cool

music

Brief impressions from the Janet concert tonight because I'm too tired to write a whole review:

A. It was a great concert and I had fun.

B. Yeah, she wore the "wife beater" outfit with no costume changes and now I know why! It was hot

as hell in the venue. I was sweating my ass off and had to take off my jacket, hoodie, and hat,

and if I was that hot, it must have been hotter than hell on stage with all the lighting!

C. Janet defintely sang the ballads live.

D. Not only was it hot as hell in the Bill Graham Auditorium, but Janet was hotter than hell in that

so-called "butch" outfit.

E. She sang "All For You" and "Feedback," which people have said were excluded in other

performances.

F. About three-quarters through the show, the side monitors stopped working and there were some

sound issues. I felt sorry for the people in the balcony seats. But Janet was a trooper and put on

a great show IMO, as well as the band and dancers. Most of the audience were people half her

age--and they loved it.

G. I had a great time, as did the audience, and I'm going back for more tomorrow! I just hope the

fabulous six and a half foot drag queen comes back! She was so spectacular that people wanted

to take pictures with her! All in all, loads of fun! biggrin

LMAO! Do you know that whenever I'm singing a random Jan song (mostly faced paced) I always have to pause and say "let me hear you!" .. That seems to be Jans trademark now .. I love it!

Exactly. You know what's sad is that THING is seeing Janet twice back to back and still can't tell that it wasn't live.

Allegedly the whole Jackson family including Mike's kids attended Janet's concert and when Scream came on, the kids started crying and left. sad

lol I went tonight and MJ's kids weren't there (unless they were in disguise) .. It appeared to be Jermaine, his "wife" and someone who appeared to be LaToya (??) were there along with one or two of Jermaines kids I believe .. They were across from me right by the cameras (which is in the middle of the theater) The crowd went crazy when they came in ..

Janet didn't change outfits (besides changing her wife beater once or twice) .. "Doesn't Really Matter", "All For You", "All Nite", "I Get Lonely" and "Black Cat" weren't performed .. Her voice also sounded pretty different .. Very high pitched (literally didn't sound like her when she talked to the crowd while introducing the dancers . not to mention she was losing it too) Overall a great show .. This couple right behind me sat down through the WHOLE SHOW! I was all in their way, dancing my ass off

OH YEA! Janet let out a big ass "Let me hear you!" during Pleasure Principle...or was it Feedback? lol

Even though she didn't give a show like I've seen her do before, I have to admit I enjoyed it. Of course I think (I believe) getting her to point and give that heart symbol thing atcha helped. And she looked so good, fit and healthy, I was just too happy for her. Plus I love hanging out in hollywood, especially around the universal studios area makes me want to live there.

Well..Besides you, I guess I am the only one around who thinks that the majority of the show is lipped. And hardly anyone admits it?!?!?!

Lipped can mean to me either completely lip synching OR having the song vocals -occassionally singing with them....

Why won't anyone say this? Seriously for years people made fun of Britney, boy bands, etc...but I never ever know this about Janet till I saw it myself. The difference is I guess she has a voice God gave her to sing with and she can move...so she gets a break I guess.

WHAT IS THE REASON?
