I really hope this comes off and we get the Glam Slam 92 show. We know it's there available in video and re-mastered audio. The 2 songs released sounded superb quality. The Sacrifice Of Victor with The Steeles and Rosie sounds like the highlight

I think a soundboard or a multitracked show of Act I is coming soon, snippets of 7 and the Egyptian Intro were posted on the Estate's media accounts to announce tickets for Celebration. I also think they are still planning to release the Hybrid Deluxe set. Maybe an announcement won't come in these next weeks but I do think we will hear something by the summer.

maybe they are gonna announce a new release everyday from today to 20 April (7 days), the first one is about TGE e The Truth.

Ok, I'm trying to absorb the disappointment.

All of this (releases blocked) is presumably his explanation in the ongoing production of the Netflix Docs on Prince being produced and why they have full exclusivity 1st of the docs due out of the Vault they signed a huge check to the Estate under Comerica control, the new ESTate for this reason would be in total disagreement with this contract, not to mention and these are the whispers that I have heard and read (cf twitters from Spicer Jr), that the new Estate would also disagree with the editorial content chosen in these docs by Netflix, no wonder... the context of Prince's death from Fentamyl and his old and tenacious addiction to it, in short you get the picture, we haven't left the hostel, plus the recent leak from a pressing warehouse in Eastern Europe of supposedly remastered vinyls for sale on Ebay from D&P and Lovesymbol ... pressed and ready to be published , bring a little more confusion in this whole story, especially since the communication of the eSTATE with even the fan base is close to absolute 0, the favorite pastime of the domain being to sell in abundance and hysterically, candles, t-shirts, pajamas, jackets in purple colors and cds/vinyls from the back catalog, of course yesterday's announcement of the umpteenth re-release of Truth and Gold Experience vinyls by Sony (which must not win a kopeck with ) not even remastered (a shame), so you can easily imagine all the frustration that this context creates among fans (myself including +++++) especially when you look back a little (see the golden age of releases from the Estate (Comerica management version).....in short, the future management of the ESTATE is in its current state a disappointment and a ship without a captain....it could with a little more misfortune to transform into that of the MJ ESTATE in its way of managing the musical heritage, a real mess and farce for the fans....in the current state we are approaching it more and more!!!

1 - the netflix doc will come out and the estate can't do a goddamn thing about it

2 - diamonds and pearls/symbol will be announced before the end of the month

Don't know how reliable but some not so good hints floating round this week.

About how the estate want to release music but can't because of things in play stopping them, don't blame Sharon/estate.., be patient once things are settled you'll be happy with what's in store, yadda yadda

And someone else answered a question saying it's a long story why releases have come to a stand still.

So that could mean legal wranglings/disputes between labels, estate teams and whoever else. Fuck knows.
