Wow. What a fantastic story. I mean, Prince had the Super Bowl Half Time performance already 'ready' before he even got the job? Wow! And he performed the whole shit for 'three people in his house...' Wow! And Prince apologising with an employee... Wow! Prine with 6different bibles asking to read the same part in six different bibles, asking what's the difference... Wow! Prince asking, "do you think there is an afterlife?", the other answers, "no, i think this is it.", and Prince replied, "I agree, i think this is it". And the other goes; "Dude, you got to live this as a rock star." Doubel Wow!!!! - Very nice podcast.

Thanks for sharing Ancient Egyptians postulated 7 souls.
Top soul, and the first to leave at the moment of death, is Ren, the secret name...

Outside of the bolded quote, there's nothing new that hasn't been told before. Welcome to "the org", laytonian… come bathe with me.

Well then you know so much more than me. Very good for you. I was at least able to enjoy the wonders of the stories. - By the way, it IS all about this bolded quote! I mean... it even shocked me in the most positive way! A-We all know very well that Prince was deeply entwined with his belief in a god and his longing for an afterlife. In this quote I can sense the doubts and accompanying realism of a man past his middle age. Sort of time and moment when some of us ask these kind of related questions. I'm actually happy to know that Prince didn't live completely engrossed in a one-sided story. Sometime (few years) after the release of ''The Rainbow Children'' he kind of started to tone down his public pushy sermons i believe. But this is a quote stated by someone who was with him, no Prince himself. Still it comes as a serious surprise to me. Never heard or read that elsewhere. Haven’t listened to the podcast yet, but reading this thread that comment really through me. Very interesting to hear Prince saying that. Hundalasiliah!

What you have just described is not a belief in this world being all there is. But if Prince was talking within JW context, I guess the next shock would be the implication that he didn’t consider himself one of the 144,000. Hundalasiliah!

It is not ight in line with JW beliefs. Why do you think that? Again: Prince asking, "do you think there is an afterlife?", the other answers, "no, i think this is it.", and Prince replied, "I agree, i think this is it". This is the oposite of what they stand for even, meaning, no 144K people going nowhere.
