I respectfully disagree. When a person passes alone and for no obvious reason, the death is investigated. That means that the case must be looked at in ALL aspects. When CCSO arrived they had no idea what had occurred except for a death. Their task should have been to secure the area and preserve the scene. Next the investigators would begin to put the case together. WHO they knew. WHAT P's death. WHEN approximately determined by ME. WHERE in the elevator. WHY undetermined, under investigation. That means the case should be looked at and investigated in all scenarios. The death scene should have been secured from arrival until a thorough investigation was completed. 24, 48, 72 hours or a week or longer. You can NEVER backtrack so you preserve and hold the scene until ALL is completely above and beyond investigated. Even more so in high profile cases!! Cause EVERYBODY IS WATCHING!!
Instead..... contaminated "crime scene" is what they got.....2 to 3 weeks after the fact!! |

Here's my question...as I have stated this before.
1. On the day of P's passing, the "crime scene technicians" WERE called out to PP. These particular people do not just "show up", they have to be summonsed to the scene as per protocol.
2. Since the crime scene technicians did in fact show up on 4/21/16, WHY was PP not deemed a crime scene until, what 5/6/16??
3. As per MN law, if said location has been deemed a crime scene, a cremation BY LAW can not take place. Conveniently, it was not deemed a crime scene until much later and severe contamination had taken place.
These are the initial things that threw red flags for me. It has been documented that crime scene technicans were there on 4/21/16, and it has also been documented that PP was not deemed a crime scene as zenarose stated "until weeks later" wtf???? |

The Carver County Sheriff's office does not appreciate your referring to them as Keystone cops. Who do you think you are? I know people who work for a neighboring sheriff dept in fact the sheriff of my county is a personal friend of mine and of several members of the Carver County dept. You are a joke laura. You dont know anything about how the scene was handled. You come on here and post your ridiculous notions and throw accusations about. Flaming this site and the members, getting other ill informed people riled up over absolutely nothing but the things the crazy voices in your head are telling you. Please stop. The sooner tbis all stops the sooner you will get what you so desperately want. You aren't here. You dont have anymore knowledge about this than the professionals do. No one has any right to know anything more than we do. You can be sure his family visits this site and the more you clamor for answers the less likely you are to get them. But I'm glad they aren't giving in to the crazy fans. Lol [Edited 4/5/17 8:54am]It's a hurtful place, the world, in and of itself. We don't need to add to it. We all need one another. ~ PRN |

Princes death is being investigated as a homicide, someone gave him counterfeit pills to do this to him... And the media who could not say one bad thing about him his entire career loves repeating the word OD. That is not the truth. Prince was honest with not only himself but to all of us. I can't just brush off what happened to him. It was not his doing and was not right. |

I am puzzled as to why you think I would care about your opinion? I also do not care about what the cops appreciate? I think the police are grown and their feelings are not going to be hurt by what I have to say at this point I am sure they have heard worst so please take your respect law order nonsense elsewhere. They are public servants and their actions are subject to viewing and criticsim by the public. There are many other things that you can concern yourself with.
I know this much that PP was not deemed a crime scene until 5/6/16. Loads of people had been in and out of that facility. This is a true fact and it has been discussed on this board and as well as other forums. I am not saying anything crazy at all and I bet you know that. I am always suspicious of people who think mere comments about factual things can rile people up. As if people have no brains in their heads and cannot figure that there is plenty to be riled up about.
Your constant concern for censorship and worry about how things appear rather what the results will be are very telling. Watch it because I think you are showing your true colors.
Oh Chazz Smith has the hash tag Justice for Prince on his Facebook page so I kind of think he is on the same page.

And Prince's last Tweet was: "Just when U think U are safe" that doesn't sound like peace to me. If those closest to him were involved allowing Prince to be poisoned in any number of ways, how could he feel peace? If anyone decided or allowed an unnatural death of Prince, they've gone against the will of God and ended his life on their terms. Even if Prince had significant struggles he was a very brave man, and every day he lived would have been a gift to us all. He was a man who believed in the Truth and the truth is, something doesn't seem right. For all that he fought for, and to have trusted those who he may have called family or friends, with ulterior motives, cries for justice for Prince
When Prince tweeted "Just when U think U are safe", he was teasing more concert dates for the Piano And Microphone Tour. Also, Prince, was a private and proud man. Prince would not make an Instagram post or tweet something for people to take pity on him. Prince's death is tragic, but I wish people would stop treating his passing Murder She Wrote or CSI where we make a drama out of his death. Like a previous poster said, the investigation is not a album release. 3121 #1 THIS YEAR |

I think we all need to be careful before criticising the methods of the investigation - this is something we are not privy to so how can we possibly comment?
However, I do think a statement or an update would definitely help clear things up, reassure the general public that this is being treated with the seriousness it deserves and help to dispel the air of mystery and speculation around it, this should also help others to move on. I mean it has nearly been 1 year so you'd expect there should be some kind of progress report!

His account also shows other messages like he may have known he was being poisoned (he his lying face down with a box of candy)
Nonsense. Bashraka is right: that tweet was a play on the promo for the movie "Jaws" - which had the tagline "Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water." It's a metaphor - Prince was the shark, coming with more concerts.
Honestly...some people and their tin-foil lined hats. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. |

Prince was letting fans know he was not feeling safe...the tweet after may have been done by someone else as his twitter acct was being messed with. This has been discussed before. His account also shows other messages like he may have known he was being poisoned (he his lying face down with a box of candy)

Either way he had no idea that was going to be his last night alive and Someone did this to him. [Edited 4/5/17 15:23pm] |

Well, of course, he didn't! Of all the "duh" statements, that is probably the duh-iest.
Nice change of subject, though.
