The standard for involuntary committment to a mental institution varies from state to state. For instance, in Washington state, a person must pose a threat of grave physical harm to themselves or others. I don't think she would meet the standard here.

THe Child 1-5 were addressed specifically in court documents. I am not sure of 6 or 7. If 6 or 7 are the alleged trusts, then I did not include them in the list I compiled. The list I generated was from the court documents only. I am not privy to or aware of any trusts or other information that what is released on the website.

I tried to centralize the claims and heir issues in one document to help minimize confusion, mainly on my end. I was getting lost on who was who.

My vote. You did a wonderful job. Makes it much easier to keep up. And I personally wouldn't want you pulling your hair out over keeping up with the lawyers. A person or two who shall at this moment remain nameless has them on serious rotation.
