So Prince was in possession of 2 cds/videodiscs that MJ created revealing the details of deaths of 7 musicians from chemicals induced into their hearts. The Beautiful Ones is the title of said work. She asks that the discs be released to her. No money or anything else. As well, the discs hold confidential information on her.

Good questioXavier's claim to be dismissed. Her claim is for Gordy, not Prince. I do not understand how people can file these frivolous claims. Just reading the documents, there is no evidence. Do these folks not realize that educated people will be reading these claims and that those individuals have law experience?

What part of this do you not understand. He could have placed some funds, songs, and property in his LLC or in a trust. Not everything has to go into these vehicles. We the public are not going to know anything about it since none of these vehicle goes through a court. We have not seen a final accounting of his assets so we do know if all of his assets are in the estate that is being handled by the court. All fanancial transactions have been sealed so may never find out. Also please stop saying wills will stop taxes from being due because they don't.

Roc Nation has filed a claim against the Estate. There are not any specifics in the claim.

Laura, the taxes due in January will be much, much higher than if he had planned things differently. He did what he did. The Estate will suffer for it. We shall agree to disagree in this matter.

I thought the contract/agreement Prince made with Tidal was for 1 year. Of course, I have not seen the contract, but I wonder what language was in the contract and if death was covered in the agreement.

Sounds like Roc Nation is wanting a lot, from a vibe I got from the language and tone in the claim.
