It is a no-fault divorce state the file may say nothing about why they are divorce and Mani is going to have as much as she can removed so the Tribune may have just wasted their time. I realized more went on in the divorce after I was able to see the docket (but not the filings).

The Tribune also talked about depositions being taken. So there may be more info in the file than originally thought.

Ex#2 can ask certain items be redacted but the Judge's decision intimated he was only inclined to redact identifying information, such as account numbers, social security numbers, etc.

Yeah, not sure how it's going to fly though, Mixed Blood was offered another location which they rejected, they came on the Org with their plea of support back then and that's what they said they only wanted to do it at PP because it was a special anniversary for them and it was too late to change the location on the invitations. The Make a Wish thing, might get the caterer something I guess.

Mani said they had an ambicle divorce( not that I take her word for the gospel) Do you think this has anything to do with the work product that was sealed or could it just be motions and depositions concerning abandonment, irrconceiable differences, infidelity or emotional abuse the type of stuff you hear people carrying on about in divorces usually to force a quick settlement.

It appears that an order was issued today in the divorce / unsealing case. Manuela, Prince's estate, and the Star Tribune were all served. I wonder what this is about? Maybe the judge is issuing the final order to unseal?

--If the Mixed Blood people did not have stipulations in the contract concerning cancelation they may get nothing. They were offered another location and turned it down so they may have to eat the list. Making a claim does not mean you are going to get somethin. [Edited 9/14/16 16:26pm]

You are correct. If he donated the space then they really do not have a valid claim. Kind of messed up that they are going after his estate when he was trying to help them and certainly did not die just to see their plans ruined.

I'd be good with a case by case decision, I want to know what's going on. I'd rather hear about what's going on in there than deal with still more speculation. It appears this may be a moot point because LM prepared this Affidavit August 16, 2016, and it related to turning PP into a museum and some were not on board. Apparently, they were to meet the same day for an informational meeting with heirs and counsel.

The factions must have finally agreed to the PP Museum proposal.
