Dr. Michael Tood Schurlernberg prescribed, treated and was dropping off test results the day Prince died. I called two hospitals he was affilatied with myself and can confrim he has mysteriously vanished from the roster. He practiced family medicine. I saved a pic(just in case).

One other nugget which may not be comforting. I forgot to mention that after combing the net , I found out that DR. Schulenberg's primary specialty was as an Intensivist= special training in critical care @ Excelsior. Can anyone confrim how far this was from the infamous"walgreens"?

It says Dr. Michael Todd Schulenberg treated Prince on April 7 and April 20, and that he prescribed "medications and prescriptions" for the musician.

.

And one day later Prince dies?!?!?!? Oh God, what a nightmare ...

.

Prince had seen a Minneapolis-area doctor on the day before he died, and that doctor was at Prince's Paisley Park compound to deliver test results on the morning Prince was found dead, according to court records obtained by the Los Angeles Times.

.

.

So this doctor was one of the 3 persons that found Prince in the elevator? And this doctor just happened to be there to deliver test results?

.

eek

.

His no longer working at that clinic now that his name is out there isn't that unusual or necessarily 'suspicious', imo. Healthcare is Big Business, businesses are always worried about 'bad publicity' or anything which might affect how they're viewed by their target customers. And the last thing a clinic would want is to have people think they employ "bad doctors" or "drug pusher doctors" or "the doctor that helped cause Prince's death", even if NONE of that is true. The best thing for everyone concerned and for the business is to not have a person involved with a federal death investigation employed at that business -- especially one that is supposed to heal and save lives.

.

I researched this doctor on a few of those Rate a Physician type sites and couldn't find anything bad about him (I didn't do an intensive, thorough search so maybe there's more out there I didn't find, I don't know) but believe me, I research enough docs to know that if people have something negative to say about a doctor, they don't hold back on those rating sites. That said, who know what this doctor is really like?

.

This entire situation is just getting weirder and weirder. neutral

Schulenberg worked at the North Memorial health system’s Minnetonka clinic, said health system spokeswoman Lesa Bader. However, the doctor no longer works with the health system. Bader declined to provide employment dates or describe why Schulenberg’s work with the health system ended.

A review of Schulenberg’s medical license shows no disciplinary action for the physician, who was trained at the Oregon Health Sciences University and has board certification in family medicine.

Carver County Detective Chris Nelson said in a sworn statement used to obtain the warrant that Schulenberg had given a statement to deputies. Nelson wrote in the affidavit that Schulenberg told him that he had treated Prince on April 7 and April 20. He said he arrived at Paisley Park to deliver test results the morning Prince’s body was found.

The warrant does not describe the nature of the tests. Schulenberg also told detectives that he had prescribed Prince medications that were to be filled at a Walgreens.

A source with knowledge of the investigation told the Star Tribune Friday that the doctor had been treating Prince for withdrawal symptoms from opioid addiction several weeks before his death.

The warrant, filed May 6, was accidentally left unsealed until Tuesday, when Carver County learned of the mistake and sent a copy of the order sealing it to the Hennepin County court administrator.

Schulenberg could not be reached for comment Tuesday.

The warrant also reveals that Kirk Anthony Johnson — a close associate of Prince who manages Paisley Park — was present when detectives arrived to investigate the death scene. The Star Tribune reported previously that two staffers were present, along with an emissary sent by an addiction specialist from California, when Prince’s body was found. Prince was reportedly seeking treatment for an addiction to painkillers.

The affidavit says that Christina Wagner, a Carver County detective, had interviewed Johnson, who said that Prince had been treated at Ridgeview Hospital in Chaska for an undescried illness in 2014 or 2015. Johnson told Wagner that Prince had received fluids during the visit.

Johnson left town after Prince’s body was found, reportedly on a pre-scheduled vacation. He could not be reached for comment.

His attorney, F. Clayton Tyler, declined to comment Tuesday.

If you mean the town, it's just north of Chanhassen. From Paisley Park, you can go east on Arboretum, then north on Powers Blvd, and you'll eventually land in Excelsior.

prince

Minnetonka is not far east from Paisley Park. That was the Walgreens location he was at in the picture.

Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

Dr. Schulenberg was actually Kirk Anthony Johnson's physician prior to treating Prince. Additionally,he was treating Prince for withdrawl symptoms prior to the April 15th opioid overdose. This may indicate that Prince was actively seeking help for addiction. According to pulbished reports, Mr. Johnson has left town as well.

I thought I read there were 3? The doctor's son that flew in from LA and 2 of Prince's employees found him unresponsive. It was the doctor's son that called 911.

Well apparently this Minnesota doctor, Dr Schulenberg was there to hand deliver test results. So I'm thinking that Andrew, Dr. Schulenberg, and a staff employee were perhaps the three people that were there to discover Prince's body, but I guess there were other people at Paisley Park they just weren't there at the scene.

wait, kirk is on vacation? a pre-scheduled vacation no less. wtf? so with prince knowing
he was about to enter an out-program or perhaps even go to a private clinic (as we are
led to assume right now), his friend, right hand and paisley park manager is going to be

vacationing?

and why would he still go on vacation now that something of such magnitude has just
happened and he might not even have a job anymore in future? for now i guess he's
still the paisley park manager or at least most likely the most knowledgeable pair of
hands and eyes on the site. and this person just leaves on vacation (even if it is to get
away from the madness and come to grips with the situation).

i'm in no way saying kirk is somehow involved in something dirty, he was a good friend
to prince and prince was also his employer. but why is he away now?

there are just a few too many weird things in this whole case sad

.

The local newscast here in the Cities stated that Dr. Schulenberg arrived to hand deliver the test results AFTER the authorities had already been called and arrived, i.e. Schulenberg showed up in the midst of all the chaos that was happening after Prince had been found.

well, kirk was at the memorial, wasn't he. so it's not like he just ran out and got on a plane.
he probably answered all kinds of questions for the police first and then just went somewhere
quiet. but it's weird that all this shit is happening at the park and kirk isn't back. like, who is
there that knows the place better than kirk right now? is prince's family still staying there or
in the neighbourhood? i mean, there are just so many questions neutral
