The lasers threw me off at first but they blend in after a whiile. I can't stop listening to it.. it's the closest thing to PRINCE in a while and I love it thumbs up!

It is severely brickwalled for loudness with slight distortion on drum hits and when the voices get layered and loud at the climax. Bad mastering!

The preview sounds very compressed.

EDIT: Just heard the full version. Strangely distorted and overly loud. Not a big fan of the song but it's nice to hear Prince in 'Prince mode' again.

Well I knew I would love it because I love the live version, but when I first heard it live I thought the same thing.. that it was nice not to have to think, "well, maybe it'll grow on me.." smile

So P relasing a song that isn't utterly abysmal on first listen is now reason for yelling "best song ever"? Really? Nobody noticed the rather pathetic lyrics? And the sound is just awful, with the pathetic sound effects and the brickwalled mastering.
