This is now being reported around the net, but that does not make this official. Please do not post links to the video here. If we hear differently, we'll post it. Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it. |

This is the side of Prince we all love to see and I wish he would release some or all of this stuff! The problem is that he moves from one project to the next so fast that by the time it's done there is no use for the video anymore. I'm sure the vault is just full of stuff just like this so maybe one day we might get to see it. |

I don't know if it's full of stuff that the general public would actually like or dislike. Documentaries have no shelf date. People who love docs will go see a Prince documentary regardless of when the music was from.

According to Funkenberry, the initial cut, "3121: The Movie" was re-edited in early 2009 and renamed "Lotusflow3r". That was when "Guitar", as well as a few more songs, were added to it. |

I believe another much longer making of from this project leaked a few years back. It was posted by the director of this project.
I wonder if the postings are simply to increase their own resume of in some sort of protest.

The look of the trailer is absolutely stunning. I guess this is why "Te Amo Corazón" also looked so stunning. |

So the project wasn't dead at once. |

Exactly Trashcat. Prince ressurected it. Which means he may resurrect it again. He should! Especially since the fan response has been overwhelmingly positive.
"3121" and "Lotusflow3r" are among the strongest albums Prince has made in the last decade. He should DEFINITELY do something with it on that basis. I'd buy it, if he did.
I wonder if he could release it on DVD by doing a deal with a movie distributor, and also include a new album! That would be a new way of releasing new music without having to deal with major labels, or websites.

Maybe the new rumoured album is a continues of this 'big project'?
Maybe I'm to much a dreamer now.... but could it be a trilogy: 3121, Lotusflow3r, 2011-project?
I really hope this project gets a third life, it seems very professionel to me and secondly Prince obviously adored the whole 3121-thing.

Doc also that the "Lotusflow3r" film was supposed to debut on the website, but Prince pulled it before the site went live.
Sadly, I'll bet the trailer vanishes in the near future. https://www.youtube.com/@PurpleKnightsPodcast |

I know. This is the type of stuff we want, not football songs, unpaid taxes and lawsuits. I want to hear the music and see the videos.
So annoying that some of the things we're all here for don't see the light of day.

I wish this would get released, it looks amazing, I love the 3121 era, reminds me of The Beautiful Experience film. This movie was one of the reasons I wanted to sign up to the Lotusflow3r site as it was mentioned as being one of the exclusive videos that was going to be included. If I recall, it was shown at the website preview??? 3121... Don't U Wanna Come? |

I agree. The clip of that movie reminds me of how the Purple Rain movie was first advertised. The scenes from that clip looks exciting. I do remember "A Million Days" video surfacing about 2 years ago, and scenes from that is in that 3121 video clip, but I believe the mods removed the links from here because something about the director didn't receive clearance. Can you imagine that? A video for "The Dance?" How long have many fans been waiting to see him do that song? Remember at the Empire in Vegas when he teased us with a snippet of it, and there were screams coming from some fans in the audience? I got nervous when I heard the screams, and thought they would have to bring out stretchers..no lie. Some female fans were screaming like they caught the holy ghost in church and when I heard them screaming like banshees, I was ready to make a fast exit towards the door.
