Dance 4 Me - The Chipmunk voice, partially, also just a really irritating tune.

When Eye Lay My Hands on U - Pure, ugly dissonance. Maybe even Prince's worst song.

Jughead - Jughead

Da Bang - the effect on the vocals is incredibly grating.

Make Your Mama Happy - just a little too busy and frantic for my taste

Undisputed - just a bunch of clatter that adds up to nothing

Big Tall Wall - ill-conceived and annoying on every level

a whole bunch of those High/Peace/NPGMC-era tracks. I can tell he was going for something, a little more decent and consistent than the few albums that preceded them, but the songs just don't do it for me. still a lot of "going-through-the-motions" in the sound and a lot of annoying lyrics that don't gel. yeah, he's usually a bit wacked-out with the political/philosophical/spiritual themes and statements in his music, but a lot of this is just him being a malcontent. and a lot of the music is just plain flat and uninspired.

Resolution - the Mentos jingle version of an anti-war song that says absolutely nothing.

I never can sit through "When Doves Cry" all the way anymore. I still like the song and all, but there's so many songs I like more that I would rather just not waste the effort. It seems a little too repetitive for me. Or maybe just a little too long.
