Well, I can't answer that question regarding why that lyric line says "your father" instead of "our father". I'm not a very religious person, and I never associated any particular race to God. I don't see God as white, black, green or blue, but moreso as an unexplainable spirit. Only one who can answer your question is the writer of the song. However, I still would like to know why the writer of the song chose "Black" to describe the "Muse" he speaks of. Who and what is the "Black Muse?"
