So bad that when the 2 girls with 1 cup saw it, even they were shocked at the amount of crap that movie belched out.

I have never seen and am scared to see. But really, HOW bad is it? I mean, purple rain is a bad movie but I enjoy the hell out of it. Why is GB bad? What kind of bad is it. Should i buy it? Many Prince fans have almost all his movies and releases; you might be one of them Still, it's worth a watch; all texts have meanings and messages, and while you view it, ask yourself what Prince is trying to say... good luck!

Oh My God, you guys! You're killing me!
I must admit, I'm still curious to see the badness. After all, I own not one, but two, Ed Wood flicks. I think I could handle GB. "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!"

The seven deadly sins, as a damn plot for every other movie, has really gotten old... yeah thank god 4 the music in that film but i still have a problem with george burns singing man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

Mindflux said: Alot of people have said how the music is ok but the film sucks and I agree. In fact, I had thought that up until GB, Prince had not put a foot wrong - GB was the first time I found Prince to be "patchy".
And, unfortunately it may have been his involvement with the Batman project that inspired him to make GB - working with a film and having commercial success through a film soundtrack may well have been the spark for the GB project. actually the idea 4 GB has been around since 1987 the original script was even worse than what finally came out. Madonna was written in as a character named ruthie washington. In fact the mural in Studio B at paisley reflects the original concept 4 GB man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

Let's put it this way. I'm on my last day of a 5 day trip to a small, redneck infested, shithole of a town in Alabama. I want to kill myself.
I will do this vacation again a thousand times before watching GB again.
