So anyways. Morris want's Prince's nightclub. He is partly (though not deliberately) responsible for Ingrid Chavez (called Aura or some hokiness like that) being plowed by an out of control truck that "just around the corner "
The scene takes literally 30 seconds for the death, the ambulance, etc. etc.
Quickly cut to Prince singing still would stand all time where Morris (a hardenned mafia badass in bright primary colored suits) is so overpowered by Prince's song that he not only forgoes his stake in the nightclub, which he just won, but hugs Prince in doing so.



I'm not making this up--it's just that hilarious.

God almost had second thoughts about free will after he saw the movie.

OMG, I completely forgot about how when someone tells me someplace is "just around the corner" I get this urge to run and hide.

If Purple Rain is fresh as a bouquet of flowers, Graffiti Bridge is stank as a bucket of assholes. UGLY.

It appeared to be low budget. That's the first thing I noticed was that the characters seemed to struggle with their roles.
