Printable the video is cool & colorful, although there's something I'm not fully digging. He looks very cold and uninterested actually in his performance and sitting most of the way through. IMO, Shelby makes the video, not even the protagonist keeps my interest. Something about her is quite plain and despite the lyrics, the girl can't dance. The clothes coming down the runway are very nice. | |

Ahh I like it, pretty cool and after all the speculation about what he was doing at the fashion show its nice to actually see him there doing his thing.
Its a bit daft him sitting down though but Im still liking the song and vid makes me wanna get up and dance! I love the way everyone clapped when he got up! Oh Princey if your free for a couple of hours...If you aint busy for the next 7 years...Lets Pretend were married, and go all night.. | |

I smiled while watching it.
So, I must like it (could be better, but what couldnt'?) Prince looked great. One thing though -- I felt he didn't have much stage 'presence.' Even when performing. You know that force and power of presence that some people just have when they are in a room or on camera (and this used to be one of Prince's strong factors, esp. peforming). But wow, I felt I could have taken my eyes off of him and watched an audience member or another band member pretty easily. That scares me actually. But perhaps he just needs the spark of a kindred spirit/rival in his life...hopefully he's finding one. | |

This guy gave his music away for free that's how amazingly brilliant he is. AND..... (Smacks face) That's better. Reality BUS stops in at the station:: This guy pandered to a 20 something girl in religious purity vows by making a shoddy video that looked like it came from Cindy Crawford's House of Style Special from 1992 featuring the NPG alternates and actually built up publicity for a song people won't even care because this album is more dead than Ja Rule's upcoming comeback (and he hasn't even released his new lp yet!)
