Every once in a while, I get one of the staff members at the nursing home to push my wheelchair up to a white horse. Then I take off all my clothes, get nekkid, and the staff members place me on top of the horse.

Afterwards, I pinch the little whipper snappers' asses and tell them "I Wanna Be Your Lover". When they turn me down, I get pissed and holler "Why You Wanna Treat Me So Bad". lol

I can remember the big screen TVs before those came out. The earlier ones in the late 70s/early 80s, was a big screen on the wall and the TV part shined on the screen like a movie projector. All the lights had to be out in order to see the picture. lol

I rem the time when those new fangled VHS recorders came out. Oh course my mom couldnt afford one til 1985! When we finally got one, I was able to tape Prince on Video Soul, 1985 Grammy show, 1985 Oscars and Arsenio Hall... Man those were the days when you had to find a blank tape or find a spot where you can re-record over something you taped earlier...then you had to get your tape synced and paused in the right section and hoped you taped the Prince at the beginning of the tape or catch all the performance and hoped the 2hr tape dont run out...
Man those were the days... lol

When I was in college (Fashion), I had a class project to create a visual for a retail store. I brought in my "Dirty Mind" album and other albums with Prince in the center of my "merchandising store"....The teacher "blushed" but I got an "A" for the presentation! biggrin biggrin lol cool cool
[Edited 7/23/07 7:58am]

LOL! I thought I was the only person incorporating Prince into my formal education. My very first college paper was about Prince. Everybody else wrote about the usual safe bets, Martin Luther King, John F. Kennedy, etc and had the nerve to laugh when my Professor chose to read mine out loud. I had the last though. I got an A because it was well written and I got the + because of my unique choice of subject. biggrin

You've bought a John Prine album just to see what it's like, because you see them sitting there every time you go to the record store.

or is that "you know you're an obsessed fan when..."? hmmm
