he came late... which is not unusual. there is traffic. at least he showed up and stood up when he was called upon.
yea there was a long pause waiting for him- but honestly- it was like the second award of the night. don't they usually give best song awards in the middle of a ceremony? it was too soon into the beginning of the ceremony.

i really enjoyed America Ferrara's (spelling?) speech, Forest Whittaker, and the guy who accepted the award for Babel- he said "Emotion needs no translation.", which i totally agree with. all in all, great show- can't wait for the Grammys and Oscars.
