I did that on Sunday. I phoned her up at 3pm and she said theres no point you driving down, then rang here for a queue size update every half hour all the way down. I finally got the answer I wanted around Watford

If the answer contains "yes, they're playing here tonight", even if littered with swear words, that's good enough for me! Am calling repeatedly and get "sorry, nobody is available to take the call". I'm carrying on trying.

So if P isnt playing tonight what is he doing between Gigs. Not as though he is doing soundchecks and lots of gigs......Maybe he is enjoying the British weather and sightseeing

Think we'd have heard something. There didn't seem to be an official announcement for the EB and SBE shows, but there was definitely more buzz around than we've had today...people in the queue already, more info on Twitter, etc...

Makes sense Dave, but I'm not giving up yet. They definitely said tonight at SBE on Heart Radio. 100%. However, I'm not aware that Heart is the best source of info for Prince concerts, so maybe not.

Studio time? he was in London recording around 6 months ago I think so wouldnt be suprised if thats what he is doing in between.

Toby Anstiss on Heart Radio definitely 100% said they're playing "again" at SBE tonight. I heard him clearly. However SBE still saying no shows tonight. Nobody is playing there. She says. I got the same person I spoke to before. Either she's telling the truth or lying but if they are playing, I'd have expected something to be said by now, surely.

Just remembering back to the EB gigs last week...but this stage in the day there was already a street full of fans lining up..nothing even close to that today. I think the longer this "tour" goes on, we'll get wise to the rules of the game and how gigs are likely to go down....interesting watching it all unfold at the mo though...

ha ha, it's one or the other. The later it's getting though, I'm beginning to think she's telling the truth Can somebody tweet Toby Anstiss? I don't use Twitter. He defo said it this morning! So either he's talking out of his arse or it's a secret and he has a fat gob.

I hadn't even read what u said and was convinced something was going down today...he's been here a week and only done 2 nights, not like him.

Yeah thats what I thought too. Even if he was in the studio I would expect a few more gigs. But I guess to try and pull them off in this unplanned way is logistically quite difficult.

I'm pretty sure he will play tomorrow as I'm in London today and Thursday
