PRINCE'S "3121" LIVE AT
THE HOLLYWOOD ROOSEVELT HOTEL
PRESENTED BY VERIZON WIRELESS, V CAST Song ID
AND THOMPSON HOTELS

In an unprecedented Los Angeles event,
Purple will Reign for seven special intimate performances
starting Saturday, June 23rd at the legendary Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel

Hollywood, CA (June 18, 2007) - Pop music icon Prince will be taking up residency and bringing "3121" exclusively to Thompson Hotels', Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel this summer, presented by Verizon Wireless. For possibly the last time in Los Angeles, the royal purple carpet will be rolled out for his Hollywood homecoming and the artist has chosen the legendary hotel for seven exclusive, intimate performances commencing Saturday, June 23rd, 2007.

Reminiscent to Prince's legendary after hours parties in his Beverly Hills home, a select audience of 200 friends and fans will have an incredible opportunity to witness Prince firsthand in Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel's Blossom Room, home of the first Academy Awards. Known for his spontaneity, Prince has frequently invited musicians onstage for impromptu performances. Past surprise guests have included Sir Elton John, Will.I.Am, Kelis, Sheila E., Herbie Hancock , Maroon 5 and more.

"The 3121 sessions at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel will offer admirers close-up and personal evenings with a musical legend," states Jason Pomeranc, of Thompson Hotels. "We are honored and excited to host, both artists and guests alike, for this once in a lifetime experience inside the Roosevelt's beautiful and historic, Blossom Room."

At the 3121 sessions Prince will debut new music including "Guitar," the first single from his much anticipated unreleased album, "Planet Earth." 3121 guests can download "Guitar" right at the venue for free courtesy of Verizon Wireless' new technology V CAST Song ID.

"When Prince, who has consistently been on the cutting edge of music, harnesses innovative technology to deliver his fresh new music, that's a tremendous opportunity for music lovers," said John Stratton, executive vice president and chief marketing officer of Verizon. "At Verizon, we're committed to delivering powerful, direct and relevant music experiences and we are pleased to be executing on this through our relationship with Prince and the legendary Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel."

The evening will begin at the Dakota restaurant with Prince's personal chef Lena Morgan presenting a VIP dinner, taking over the kitchen from executive chef Tim Goodell. Then the 130 special guests, along with another 70 standing room only attendees, will be welcomed into the Blossom Room for a musical performance like no other. Following every two-hour performance, fans can experience a late-night impromptu jazz set presided over by Prince.

VIP packages, including dinner at the Dakota (tax, alcohol, and gratuity excluded), will be limited to 130 seats, sold in pairs (65) for $3121.00. An additional 70, standing room only tickets will be made available for $312.10 each.

Ticket and VIP package requests will be serviced via email at 3121HRH@ThompsonHotels.com

Prince is back in town-- his town, following recent sold-out performances in Las Vegas. 3121 Live at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel will be his last stop before commencing "21 Nights in London" this fall with a possible World Tour to follow.

Thanks for the dates and prices, JSeven.
This offer is so enticing. Not! I would have to be out of my ever-loving mind to shell out that kind of dough to hear "Let's Go Crazy" and "Purple Rain" for the umpteenth time. My cash will be better spent on the Planet Earth CD!

I had an epiphany today. I'm 37 yrs of age, and still crawling over the web to find info on tix, this time to the Roosevelt. As I was tripping over the lack of information and utter confusing way in which it's being handled, I thought, you know, I'd much rather just collect old films of performances and watch when the nigga just played and did things his way, as opposed to go through all of this drama he's creating for a ticket. Example, I just called the Roosevelt, and the message confirmed what I was thinking. All they say is that you should go to 3121.com or their website for ticket info. Both of those venues say send an email or call the hotel. WTF. I can honestly say that at this point, I could see him or not, but no more jumping through hoops. It's kinda corny when you think about it. When he came to SF last month, I was in a club 1/2 a mile away and didn't trip, as I really didn't feel like getting a scalped tix. Life is too short for drama.
Sat is my b-day, I have a room reserved and airfare for LA, but damn, nukka still can't give out definitive info about the gigs. I suppose that when I was younger, this was kinda cool and all, but now, it's more of a pain in the ass. And how out of sync with the times do you have to be to suggest that people send a c/c number via e-mail? I think that when it's al lsaid and done, they simply have some very unprofessional people handling these things. And I'm tired of the chick thing to. Chelsea Rodgers? We get it Prince, you can pull the bitches. But, really, who is she but another pretty face, which are literally a dime a dozen in LA, and a giel who can design t-shirts? Do we really have to put up with another protege who's bring propped up cause she's slightly black and pretty? I know this has be said ad nauseum, but I really wish he had the attitude he did back in the day...even 5 yrs ago. I guess it's cool that it's all about the benjies at this point, but damn, if you want people to pay, get your shit together.

Most credit card companies caution you not to send a credit card number by any means that isn't encrypted, and a standard email is about the most unencrypted way you can send it. Any business who takes credit cards but doesn't go to the trouble of protecting their customers (and in this case, actively telling them to engage in an activity that puts their info at risk) should be run out of business.

DITTO on the credit card info. Dont put your card number on any email because it can be flagged for ID Theft. Call the hotel to reserve by phone and get a confirmation number or go in person. Emailing ur card number is not safe!!

the phone number says the only way to get tickets is through email and calling or goin to the hotel is no good... anyways, a visa logo will protect you against unaproved charges...

If you contact your credit card company, I believe they can tell you how to set up a credit card number that is good just for a specific purchase and allow only the amount of that one purchase. The place/company that you purchase from will have a valid credit card number, but not your main credit card number.

I was informed about this option once by my credit card company as I had some reservations about purchasing something via the internet. Call your credit card company first and inquire if this option is available to you. They can explain it in full.

Those dates were taken from the Roosevelt Press Release and are accurate with at least 2 more dates 2 be added. I think they should have added subject 2 change and even tho it is not, keep it in mind. Those dates r set right now 4 the time being.
