me? not at all. I was a little disappointed but that was a good game. I had no expectation in Aug that they would do anything this year. But wow if they can keep the staff and team they have a real good shot for next year.

But I am not mad. I just do not see why anyone gets down on the players on a personal level. And I saw a fight of two people after the game. I have seen fathers tell their 4 year old daughters to leave them alone when their team was losing. Oh dallas WON! I still got to tgo to work... oh no they lost I still got to pay my bills...

So no I am not mad. As I said I do not take it personal.

The Cowboys won't get those same calls this week against the Packers, they can forget that!

I think the Colts have a shot at taking out The Broncos

I don't give Carolina a shot at winning in Seattle

That Ravens - Patriots matchup is the one I'm looking forward to most, the Ravens seem to have the Patriots number as of late, should be fun!

3 outta 4 ain't bad LOL!!!

i was 50/50 but 2 of them did not cover their spreads... I am not sure of the other.

i don't take it personal either. I'm just vocal and passionate. i'm also very selective about to whom i give my support. sports, while a great diversion is still "managed" by fallen humans who although they ASPIRE to be, are not infallible and without bias. they too are socialized in a world that places value on people and what those people value. (look at how polarizing a guy like Tim Tebow was in the media). so yeah, i enjoy it, but i'm aware of what's at play beneath the surface and that doesn't necessarily mean conspiracy theories.

I had to ask since you took the assumption that others take it personal and you
made a remark suggesting that I did. We all know these games don't supercede our families and our personal lives but these kind of remarks don't tend to come up unless one's favorite team loses. I for one can put a loss behind the next day. The reason you probably see the venom towards the Cowboys is because of their annoying fan base. They bark hard when they are victorious but hide under a rock after a loss but it's never personal with me.

It's a cold day in ....

When I hope the Packers beat someone, but I never cared for the Cowboys, so YAHOO BUCKAROO.

lol

The best part is watching Jerry Jones having to eat it for another year. And we won't have to be subjected to him swapping spit with that fat fraud Chris Christie anymore - wtf is he rooting for Dallas for?

I can't wait to get on Facebook and give it to my friends and relatives who are Cowbitch fans. They only come out of the woodwork and talk smack when their team does well. And the tweets I'm seeing from Lions fans are hilarious.

I know right? THAT's SO WEIRD!!! All those teams on the east coast and Christie's a Cowboy fan? Something's wrong with that guy, that right there --makes him unqualified to be President. lol lol lol

Let me tell you somethin' about Jones...

The Dallas Cowboys could have and probably would've won more Super Bowels if he'd left Coach Johnson the fuck alone. BUT NO... Jones couldn't stand the fact that he couldn't weazel his narrative, that he alone was the reason why Dallas won Super Bowels Championships. You could see the green ring around Jones mouth; when he had to fight for camara time to remind people he was the owner of The Cowobys because everyone knew Jones didn't know damn thing about coaching. lol

So yeah, I root against him and his team at every turn. lol

punkDaddy and TD3 are correct about the Cowboys/Jerry Jones and their stan fans. Its just HARD to root for BITCHASSNESS and they fit that ish to a tee, so i enjoy watching them lose, "at every turn", they have enough SBs anyway.

About predictions though. Me and my guys have a Conf Championship playoff party every year. For me, its often better than the SB itself. So i'm predicting Seattle vs. New England with Seattle repeating 28-24. Tom Brady is a different guy (and I LIKE him) when u "hit him in the mouf"

So what exactly was wrong with Rodgers??

Same thing that Romo and Mannning had to deal with: injuries. Rogers was playing on a bad calf.

Packers O-Line gets respect. They held it down tight in the second half. Both O-Lines did solid.

Seattle....I don't see Rodgers or Brady holding up against that defense.

Now Peyton deserves his share of the blame, but where was Von Miller, DeMarcus Ware & Ward? I didn't hear their names that much during the game.

Something is wrong with Payton Manning.

Nothing is wrong with Andrew Luck or Aaron Rodgers. They are godly.

My Superbowl pick. Bye Seattle

Was Rodgers' calf injury the result of Suh's stomping?

According to ESPN, Rodgers hurt it in Week 16, then further injured it against Detroit. The Suh's accidental step after being blocked onto Rodgers did not cause the strain; however, that was the calf in question.

The Pittsburgh Steelers didn't look far for Dick LeBeau's replacement.

The team announced Tuesday that Keith Butler will be the team's new defensive coordinator.

Butler, 58, has been the Steelers' linebackers coach since 2003 and has been viewed as the team's DC in waiting.

The legendary LeBeau announced his resignation from the Steelers over the weekend after 13 seasons, though he said he's not retiring.

Butler spent 10 seasons as an NFL linebacker with the Seattle Seahawks from 1978-1987 after being drafted No. 36 overall.

The elevation to defensive coordinator duties is no surprise as the Steelers have blocked teams who've requested to interview Butler for positions the past several years.

Butler takes over a defense that could see a shape-shift this offseason, with the future of veterans Troy Polamalu and Ike Taylor -- among others -- in question.

With me, it's definitely personal - the Cowpricks are a longtime hated division rival of the Giants. During the awful 70s, those Landry teams would stomp on Big Blue and laugh about it.That's why I love Pittsburgh for beating Dallas TWICE in the Super Bowl. I hate Dallas even more than Philly and San Fran.

I heard Elway and Fox clashed over which direction the team should go....wow....wonder if Peyton's coming back?

are you saying because they were a dominate team (I do not recal hearing they played dirty in the 70: I do remember the Pats being a little dirty but I was young) you hate them now?
