Elimination Chamber.....leading up to a Wrestlemania, this was a letdown.

Punk still champ..although never beat Jericho in the Chamber. He kicked Jericho outside of gate and they said he was unable to continue. No matter how hard they tried to sell it, it was not a bad bump. Punk pinned Miz after everyone else was eliminated. Punk even seemed to shrug his shoulders as to how the ending was and when he walked by Jericho.

Santino segment.

Beth and Snuka having a pretty good match..for a Diva's match. The knockouts battle royal on TNA was much better. Velvet Skye. Wowsa. Beth won with the Glam Slam after Snuka did the jump and even tho she squashed Beth, did not get the pin.

Santino segment. Then Cena training segment. This is what PPV has become?

Johnny Ace coming out with Mrs. Jennifer Hudson and talking about how he should be perm Raw GM and Smackdown. Broought out Del Rio to badmouth Teddy and Christian. What a waste of Christian being out and doing nothing with him. Lame. Mark Henry also came out to complain and that was that.

Smackdown elimination chamber saw Santino last til the end. When Big Show came out, he went after Bryant, smashing the glass. Still, he did not make it to the end as Santino and Bryant eliminated everyone else. The match ended with Santino tapping out in the Patti Lobelle lock.

Cena beat Kane in the ambulance match. Anyone not see this heading into Wrestlemania with the Rock?

BTW, next year's Wrestlemania is in Jersey.

Horrible pay per view. Don't even waste your time looking for a playback.

Yeah, I just saw the download. Very dumb and disappointing. Completely useless Justin Gabriel and Jack Swagger match. Santino made it to the final two of SD's EC match, as they completely overbooked him. Did you see how long his ass was able to stay in the Lebell lock?? Yeah right.

BOTH champions come out winning in the EC match (what was the point?), though I'm glad Bryan retained cuz I'm loving his character now, and it also means Punk's losing his title at Wrestlemania to my boy, Y2J.

Now that Cena beat Kane, I'm hoping that means they're gonna have him LOSE to Rock at WM. One can only hope.

And it's about time...Eve has turned heel (I'm watching Raw live this week)! That's mah bitch! lol She's so damn fine, I'd eat the corn and peas outta her shit....AFTER diarrhea. *gulp*

always knew u liked hoeski's lol

and tonights raw ....can someone say PREDICTIABLE? trips vs taker ..u knew jerhico was gonna win that royal rumble ..smh

tho cool shot of first avenue tonight lol

You saw First Ave in the shot too, huh? I thought somebody would've at least made a Prince reference since they were in MPLS, but that kinda shows you just how far off the radar Prince is nowadays.

If Eve's considered a ho-ski (it was killing me that they kept showing "hoeski" on the screen because a "hoe" is a garden tool), then by all means, I LOVE 'EM!!!!!! lol

Speaking of Cena, I feel dirty for sayin' this, but I dug his promo on The Rock tonight. He definitely brought it, and I for one am also tired of of Rock NOT being at Raw, yet we're supposed to care about this Rock/Cena feud. And to be honest, he needs to be at every Raw from here on until WM. Since this match is supposed to be the focal point of WM, the angle/feud should be top priority on Raw for the next 6 weeks. And for that to happen, Rock's gotta be there (and not taping his promos to be aired on Raw).

And you're right, everyone knew Jericho was gonna win that battle royal, and we all knew somewhere down the line that Trips was gonna accept Taker's challenge. They could've at least stretched out Trips's acceptance a little longer though. Hell in a Cell? Also predictable. If HBK is not somehow involved in this match, I'd like to see Mick Foley be the ref. I also wish Taker had explained why in the fuck he felt the need to cut his hair.

And for those who haven't heard, apparently there's a "Twitter war" going on between CM Punk and Chris Brown. TMZ even picked up on it. Brown's response was completely stupid. He apparently doesn't know who Punk is because to suggest he's on roids is ridiculous and a stupid ass come back. Forget the "straight edge" thing he's got going on, but you can just LOOK at him and tell that's not the case. STFU, Brown!! mad

Shaquille O’Neal: I Will Wrestle At WrestleMania 28

Shaquille O'Neal Wrestlemania

FameFlynet

During the Cartoon Network Hall of Game Awards, NBA legend and show host Shaquille O’Neal EXCLUSIVELY confirmed his next larger-than-life career goal! Wait till you see what he had to say about wrestling at WrestleMania 28!

When it comes to the most respected and fun sports legends ever, Shaquille O’Neal should easily be on many top ten lists. Known for being one of the most entertaining sports stars around, Shaq is all about fun. So when rumors of his involvement in this years WrestleMania 28 on April 1 in Miami hit the rumor mill, we had to get the true story on what his involvement will be at WWE’s biggest show of the year!

During the Cartoon Network Hall of Game Awards on Feb. 18, the shows host Shaquille O’Neal told HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY, “Yes I’ll be there!” when asked on if he would be wrestling at the event. So who will he be grappling with? Shaq wouldn’t say, but the safe bet for his opponent should be the pound for pound ‘World Strongest Athlete’ Big Show.

The WWE Superstar has astounding measurements the likes of 7’0″ and 441 lbs — it’s safe to say that he could give Shaquille O’Neal some worthy competition.

So HollywoodLifers, would you be excited to see Shaquille O’Neal in a WWE ring? We can’t wait!

Sounds like there's some Rock hate goin' on backstage. Though, I will say Cena spoke a little truth during that promo last night. Whoever supposedly sent this text, though, still needs to STFU. Are they mad because Rock won't be in a match with THEM? Don't they know how many people Rock has put over in his career? He's done the job for damn near everybody, and has had NO problem with doing so. Put down the haterade, muthafuckas.

With The Rock making his much anticipated return to Raw next Monday, John Cena had harsh words for "The Most Electrifying Man In Sports Entertainment" on this week's show, saying he's no longer The People's Champion, but he's a champion with people (referring to the entourage around him). After strongly criticizing The Rock for returning, but not sticking around WWE, Cena vowed to beat the iconic grappler in his hometown of Miami, Florida at WrestleMania XXVIII.

A number of WWE performers appeared giddy backstage over Cena's remarks as they legitimately feel that way over the actor/wrestler. One talent commented via text to PWInsider (with permission to be quoted under the condition of anonymity): "[The Rock] comes in to use WWE to get back the audience he lost doing Disney movies, which is fine but he's been back over a year and name one person he helped make a bigger star since then? No one.

"He's here for himself, he keeps to himself, and he keeps someone who's actually touring here all year from making a bigger payday at the bigger shows. It's all about making this the "biggest" Mania of all time. OK, then what do we do the rest of the year? Who's been made? You think he took ANY blame for Survivor [Series] not drawing? Of course not, but how do you feud with a guy on the Titantron? Cena nailed the guy dead on tonight.

"Say anything about HHH, Taker, etc. still being in the top spot but if they were needed to work the road, they would and they would still work their asses off as much as they needed to. Rock is out for Rock and the idea he's here to better anything but his own wallet is the biggest work of 2012."

I hear you about Mark Henry, but I'm sorta glad Odunga beat Ezekiel. I just don't see shit in Zeke. Can't stand him, actually. The dude's got that generic "Brawl For All" music from 1998 or 1999 (remember that?). Mediocre wrestling skills AND he can't talk. Horrible combination! At least Odunga's competent on the mic.

Shaq will not compete at WrestleMania

Tags: Big Show

Despite Shaquille O’Neal’s claim that he will compete at WrestleMania XXVIII in Miami, WWE officials have informed WWE.com that the 15-time NBA All-Star is not scheduled to appear on the card.

The professional basketball legend made waves this past weekend when he reportedly told celebrity news site HollywoodLife.com that he will wrestle on April 1. During his storied basketball career, O’Neal amassed four championship rings, the most recent of which came in 2006, when he started as center for the Miami Heat.

A longtime member of the WWE Universe, O’Neal has appeared in the ring before. As guest host of the July 27, 2009, edition of Raw, the seven-footer inserted himself into that evening’s tag team main event of Chris Jericho and Big Show vs. Cryme Tyme. After the bout’s conclusion, Show confronted O’Neal, leading to a memorable confrontation between The World’s Largest Athlete and the self-proclaimed “Big Aristotle,” which ended with Big Show’s unceremonious dismissal from the ring.

Transcript Of CM Punk's Video Message To Chris Brown

Recently WWE champion C.M. Punk and R&B superstar Chris Brown have gotten into a Twitter war. The war of words began when C.M. Punk stated that he would love to have a WrestleMania moment involving himself "curb stomping [Chris Brown]."

This lead to Chris Brown making accusations of steroid use and telling Punk to get more followers. Due to the internet altercation, Punk released a TwidVid to clear up the entire ordeal. Below is the entire transcript of the aforementioned video:

"I never intended to include Chris Brown's name in one of my Tweets to start some sort of controversy or to create publicity or anything like that. Now that he's thrown accusations my way about using steroids, I feel the need to reply. So, allow me to retort.

"I'm a life-long, proud, drug-free, straight-edge individual. So, Chris and I come from two completely different worlds. I don't have a manager. I don't have a bodyguard. I don't need a bodyguard. I don't have an assistant. I have no need for a PR team to tell me what to Tweet or when to delete Tweets. And I don't hit women. Period.

"See, in my world, women are to be revered and respected. I firmly believe that in this life, there are consequences and repercussions for your actions and I don't think Chris has paid for what he's done. Picking up trash along the highway does not make amends for repeatedly striking a woman in the face and sending her to the hospital.

"So, Chris wants to throw stones my way now and I say that's fine. But, put some gloves on and get in the ring. I will choke you out. I will make you feel as weak and as powerless and as scared as any woman who has had the misfortune of knowing a sad, cowardly, little boy such as yourself. All proceeds can go to a woman's shelter of my choosing. If you want to pick up more trash on the side of a highway to make amends -- you should donate more time. Maybe tell kids exactly what you did isn't right.

"But I'm also a realist and I know that none of these things will happen because Chris Brown isn't a man. That's fine. I just know that some day, somewhere, somehow, somebody will put Chris Brown exactly where it belongs. It honestly doesn't have to be me. I would just really like it to be."

J.R.'s Blog:

http://www.jrsbarbq.com/b...-jrs-today

Tuesday Blog, RAW Thoughts, Ron Simmons HOF, Idiot Fans, Barrett Injury, New Jezebel, Order JR's Today @ WWEShop.com Worldwide

Good day everyone and thanks for stopping by our website. Business is picking up at http://www.wweshop.com/Category/JimRoss of which we are grateful. Kickoff time...

Raw thoughts:

Eve has evolved into a Jezebel but has more people talking about her than ever. She's still hotter than JR's HOT BBQ Sauce.

Sheamus victory over Mark Henry was bigger than many may have perceived when he pinned World's Strongest Man. If Sheamus doesn't leave WM28 as the new, World Heavyweight Champion, I will be surprised.

The General Manager controversy obviously is interesting to some but I'm not into 'politics.'

The Undertaker confronting HHH and subsequently pushing the approiate buttons to get a vengeance oriented rematch at WM28 was captivating TV for me. Both men have more tenure than any others on the WWE roster that are still competing. They are truly is the last of a breed and now that it's in Helll in a Cell, the game has changed. Stakes have risen and it going to be a tough act to follow in Miami.

For those asking, Rock came to WWE in 1996 and both Taker and HHH were already with the company.

After his stellar performance Sunday night in the Elimination Chamber, Santino losing so quickly to WHC Daniel Bryan shocked me.

John Cena delivered the best promo of his career in my opinion when addressing the Rock and their long awaited WM28 main event. Cena spoke from the heart and I'm certain meant every word that he said. Cena's words stepped away from the world of entertainment and squarely into reality or so it seemed to me.

Rock's 'rebuttal' next week on Raw in Portland will be must see TV. The Rock/Cena issue has gotten personal as Cena touched some legit nerves with his remarks in Minneapolis.

Speaking of Minneapolis, the minority of fans who were verbally disrespectful of Undertaker with annoying "What" chants, etc aren't really wrestling fans. They are insecure, attention starved, defiant individuals seeking recognition. So, they have now been recognized and I'm embarrassed for them.

The injury riddled, #1 contender Battle Royal sees Chris Jericho getting his ticket punched to meet CM Punk for the WWE Title at WM28 in a bout that could be the best, pure wrestling match on the entire card on April 1.

WWE Champ Punk was commentary gold to my ears Monday night on RAW.

All in all, Monday Night Raw added significant emphasis on WM28 and the featured bouts that will be expected to see more tickets and PPV's. After what I perceived as somewhat of a slow start the broadcast seemed to build throughout the 2+ hours and was fun to watch.

Q..."What's the status of Wade Barrett?"

WWE.com reported that Barrett suffered a dislocated elbow in the Battle Royal and will be out for 6-8 weeks which would take him out of the WM28 equation or so it would seem. Horrible timing especially when one works all year to earn a spot on the card at the biggest event of the year only to suffer an injury.

Q..."Can WWEShop.com do JR's Beef Jerky Packages of 6-10-20 packs?"

They certainly can and I will suggest such. At the end of the day, it's their call on how they formulate and market our products. I do know that business has really been rolling so thanks to all. The Jerky busienss has been especially good as it's a custom made Jerky using eye of round and is 97% Fat Free.

Q..."Will this be Undertaker's last match?"

I have no way of knowing nor does any one else. One can logically say that it all depends on how he fares in this sure to be physical bout inside Hell in a Cell vs. HHH. No one, not even the rumor mongers, can predict the future. My educated guess, or hope, is that this isn't Taker's last WM bout.

I recently did say that sooner or later Undertaker's career would come to an end just as any other athlete or performer. This statement isn't a revelation it's merely a fact of life. When that day comes will be a sad day for me as his friend and fan of the man's amazing body of work and the WWE will change forever at that point.

Q..."Who will induct Ron Simmons into the 2012 WWE Hall of Fame?"

It hasn't been confirmed as of yet. However, I'd personally love to see JBL, Ron's friend and former tag team partner, do it because John Layfield would be so entertaining and well prepared that he would add to the ceremony.

For the record, Ron Simmons was an athletic freak of nature. Strong, tough, quick, and with a fearless attitude. His #50 is retired at Florida State University where Ron was a three time All American nose tackle spearheading the dominating Seminole defense. Coach Barry Switzer of Oklahoma when preparing to play FSU in two Orange Bowls back in the day said the key to winning was figuring out how to block Ron Simmons. Ironically, Steve "Dr Death" Williams was one of many Sooner offensive linemen assigned to merely attempt to slow down the man who once finished 7th in the Heisman Trophy.

Calling Ron's World Title win in 1992 vs. Vader in Baltimore was one of the bigger thrills of my career. It was the first time an African American become a World Champion on the level that Ron earned with WCW. It was a slice of history and I felt, and still do, honored to have been at ringside. I recently watched this bout on You Tube and it is still special.

Q..."How can I get your sauce in Canada?"

Same as UK, Australia, Mexico, USA, etc and that's by going to http://www.wweshop.com/Category/JimRoss as our business is ONLINE SALES ONLY AND NOT AVAILABLE IN ANY STORES OUTSIDE NORMAN, OKLAHOMA HOMELAND STORES.

Q..."If I order JR's Products soon can I get them for my Wrestlemania party?"

That should be no issue but don't wait as it often times takes a couple of weeks depending on where the shipment is going. Our Orginal Sauce is still our top seller.

Q..."Would you like to call the Undertaker vs. HHH HIAC bout at WM28?"

Of course. Any one who works for WWE, as I do, and who doesn't want to contribute at Wrestlemania should be showed the door. If I get the call, I'll be honored to give it my best shot but if not I will enjoy the match like any other die hard fan.

Speaking of WrestleMania, I will be making multiple appearances at WM AXXESS promoting JR's Products at the WWE Merchandise stand at AXXESS. Schedule TBD.

Q..."How will WWE hang the HIAC above the ring in an open air stadium?"

They will build a massive structure to not only hold the ring lighting grid but the HIAC as well. It will be impressive I assure you.

Remember that Wednesday night that I will be joining @SeanGrandePBP who's the voice of the Boston Celtics as a guest color analyst when the Celts play @okcthunder that can only be heard on the Boston Celtics Radio Network. If I get online info, I will share here or on Twitter @JRsBBQ.

Remember, that tonight (Tuesday) that Smackdown is on LIVE in the USA on SyFy but for others please check your local listings.

Boomer Sooner!

Punk-Brown Twitter war picks up steam

Tags: CM Punk

LAST UPDATED: 10:45 PM

WWE Champion CM Punk lashed out against singer Chris Brown on Twitter Monday, becoming a top story and trend on Twitter, TMZ, E!Online, Mediabistro, OK! Magazine New York Daily News, and numerous other media sites worldwide as SmackDown aired live on Syfy tonight.

"I would like @chrisbrown fight somebody that can defend themselves," Punk tweeted out to his more than 650,000 followers on Monday before Raw SuperShow.

Brown shot back at the WWE Champion Monday in this since-deleted tweet. "@CMpunk needs more followers. He's such a leader! Not to mention the roids hes on has made it utterly impossible for him pleasure a women." The singer continued, "@CMpunk contact my assistant and I'll have em send u an autographed pic for my biggest FAN!!!"

In 2009 Brown was convicted of felony assault against singing sensation Rihanna and was recently criticized for a Twitter outburst after this year's Grammys.

CM Punk responded Tuesday evening with a video reply to Brown "@CMPunk http://twitvid.com/4CAPE - This must be said."

Brown replied minutes after Punk's video was posted on Twitter. "@cmpunk the video u just posted was cute! It's so funny how defensive u are," he continued. "And the fact that I really don't know who you are and could give a [expletive] is the funny part! I really hope this 15 minutes of fame is paying you for the long run becuz music last forever! Wrestlers come and go according to ratings!"

The Grammy Award winner was still tweeting about the situation as SuperSmackDown went live on Syfy. "I miss the real wrestlers! ( Hacksaw Jim duggan, Brett the hitman heart, coco beware, rowdy roddy piper) #Notnopunks. THE ROCK #Notnopunks."

Before Chris Brown seemingly signed off for the night, telling his Twitter followers it was time to get "back to the music," his hashtag #Notnopunks was the No. 1 trend on Twitter, while WWE Champion Punk entered the ring for his match against World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan on a special live SuperSmackDown.

But Brown wasn't finished for the night. He tweeted again "Note:today will be the last day I bring @cmpunk existence up!The confrontations that people continuously bring my way are very amusing. Cuz honestly, that [expletive] is too time consuming to argue wit every person who has their own issues to deal with!"

After Punk finished his Champion vs. Champion Match while still a Twitter trending topic on SuperSmackDown, the WWE Champion tweeted once more for the night simply stating: "#aintnowomanbeater."

The Rock's new DVD is good .. my only complaint is it should have had more matches . The last DVD covered the matches though. I don't know if the bluray had more content. Cena was throwing shade in some of the clips (on rock's DVD)lol

man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

So, it's not the same ol', same ol' as his past DVD sets, then? I'm downloading the Blu-Ray rip as we speak, but I probably won't get a chance to watch it until this weekend. Hell, it may even take that long just to d/l it! I'm extremely surprised it's not posted everywhere to d/l like a lot of the other WWE DVDs have been. This one is kind of hard to find.

STFU, Brown!! mad

Someone needs to put a muzzle on Chris Brown's head and glue it shut. He's such a fucking cancer.

And you have a few orgers in the Miranda Lambert thread in the music section wondering

why this head case is catching so much heat from folks.

Don't laugh at my funk
This funk is a serious joint
