WWE had a business meeting on March 31st in Miami with major executives. It was described as a "kool-aid meeting" where they were pushing social media. R-Truth and Brodus Clay were brought in to dance.

At the meeting, Vince McMahon was talking about how they had rapper Flo Rida performing at WrestleMania 28. It sounds like Vince was high on Flo Rida which could explain his backstage segment with Heath Slater on the pay-per-view.

- As noted before, word is that Brock Lesnar's one-year deal with WWE is for $5 million. Word of Lesnar getting a $5 million offer for multiple appearances with WWE was floating around UFC and MMA circles in late 2011, before his last fight against Alistair Overeem.

What's up with THAT? They were brought in to dance?? And to think, there are some people who think the WWE isn't racist. rolleyes

The WWE BEEN racist. I've believed that from jump street. It's one of the reasons why I don't fully support how they treat their wrestlers of non-Caucasian origins.

The cover artwork for the Home Video edition of WWE WrestleMania 28 has been finalized and released. It features John Cena, The Rock, Triple H, Undertaker, and Shawn Michaels.

WrestleMania 28 is released on DVD and Blu-ray formats to North America and Australia on May 8th, following to Europe in June.

Steven Kurlander: WrestleMania puts on good show, and sends message to politicians

Last Sunday night at Sun Life Stadium, I attended Wrestlemania 2012 with my wife and 13-year-old daughter.

To be honest, I was not thrilled at all about shelping an hour down and back on a Sunday night to watch the WWE event — usually I can't endure watching more than 15 minutes of the fake wrestling on television before I switch the channel or walk out of the room.

I reluctantly bought the tickets after making the very stupid mistake of telling my daughter, an avid WWE and John Cena fan, a week before that it was taking place a mere 51 miles away. For days, I endured an unrelenting barrage of teenage begging and whining ("We never do anything really fun") until I finally gave in to her on Friday night.

My cynicism was misplaced. It turned out that the WWE presents an amazing show that is true Americana, full of spectacular displays of showmanship, pyrotechnics, and patriotism. During the show, I made some other observations about the experience which I would like to share with you:

At stadium: Forty bucks for parking. I saw $40 signs leading into the parking lot and I thought to myself that it was for either Valet or VIP parking. Nope, it was $40 a car for general parking, not like the $10 for Marlins games or $25 for Dolphin games. OMG.

T-shirts: Watching WWE fans shell out hundreds for t-shirts and other chazerai. Brilliant marketing — there was no sign of any "Great Recession" anywhere at the stadium that night. Fans were packed 20 to 30 deep at concession stands and walking away with hundreds of dollars in WWE paraphernalia.

Two minutes until show starts: Not used to seeing all seats filled at this stadium. There was a record crowd of 78,363 fans at the event in a stadium that was always practically empty when I attended Marlins games there.

The singing of "America the Beautiful" done beautifully: The rendition plus a great fly-over by F-18s and chants of USA gave me goosebumps. Fireworks go off, sky lights up, crowd is psyched, proud to be Americans. But where was singing of the Star Spangled Banner?

Remembering my grand uncle Libel: He was told not to watch wrestling because it raised his blood pressure. He did anyway. Couldn't resist Andre the Giant. On Saturday night, people of all ages were jumping up and down and screaming like my grand uncle used to do in my grandmother's living room.

The wrestlers: Great outfits, great moves — and great bodies. All the wrestlers, men and women are just weightlifting perfection, which makes me want to have an opportunity to work out in the gym with one.

Cage comes down: Some serious action begins — crowd alternating screams of "undertaker" and "triple h." Wonder if there is OSHA violation in this setup? Lots of hitting with metal chairs and other objects for kids to watch, but at the end, the two foes and the ref hug and walk out of the ring arm in arm. If only politics could end like this, too.

Finally, Cena: Rise above hate. Good message for Florida. I think about whether Trayvon Martin would have been at stadium if he had lived.

Crowd chanting: Match a draw so far. The drama continues. The epic match of the night goes back and forth, until finally, The Rock, laying motionless in the ring as a mocking Cena prepares to execute a people's elbow, springs to his feet and catches Cena in a pin to the count of three, putting to an end their feud, and the night.

In the end, it was worth the $40 for parking.

'Surreal Life' Star Arrested for Rx Drug Scam

Maven Huffman -- a former WWE superstar

Former "Surreal Life" star Maven Huffman -- a former WWE superstar -- was arrested in Florida on Monday after cops say he was "doctor shopping" to get his fix of painkillers.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops uncovered Huffman had gone to 3 doctors in 2 weeks and scored multiple prescriptions for Oxycodone and Hydrocodone.

35-year-old Huffman allegedly went to multiple pharmacies to fill his prescriptions -- in what appears to be a ploy to conceal his activity. In total, cops believe Maven scored more than 1000 pills. eek

FYI -- in Florida, it's a crime to go from doctor to doctor to obtain multiple prescriptions for a controlled substance without telling the doctors about it.

Maven -- who was released on $2,000 bond -- faces up to 5 years in prison if convicted of doctor shopping.

Wow him too smh. eek What is he doing now besides this? confused

WWE Superstar, Fairfax Native Alex Riley Returns To Roots

WWE Superstar, Fairfax Native Alex Riley Returns To Roots

Craig Amborsio

Alex Riley prepares Michael McGillicutty for his "Final Score" signature maneuver.

It’s been said that the best characters in professional wrestling are those based off of the performer’s real-life personality with the “volume turned up.” So does that mean that WWE Superstar and Fairfax native Alex Riley, once known as “The Varsity Villain,” stole lunch money and stuffed nerds in lockers during his time at Robinson Secondary School?

“There were a couple people I would have loved to stuff in lockers,” he said with a laugh Friday. “There was a guy picking on my brother one time and I think you saw a little bit of ‘The Varsity Villain’ there come out.”

While he may not have been as much of a bully as he portrayed on television, Riley has definitely thrown his weight around in WWE as he has cemented his place as one of the company’s fastest-rising stars.

The 30-year-old Riley (real name: Kevin Kiley, Jr.) was born and raised in Fairfax. The son of former New York Jet and ESPN sportscaster Kevin Kiley, Sr., and Lauren Kiley, a former Miss Virginia, Riley followed in his father’s footsteps, starring as a quarterback for Robinson and earning a scholarship to continue his football career at Boston College, where he made the switch to linebacker.

Though Riley had his life from ages 14-22 “mapped out” as a football player, he was always fascinated by the spectacle of professional wrestling. One of his father's closest friends was his former college teammate at the University of Wyoming, Greg Gagne, a member of the influential Gagne wrestling family. That, combined with his love of wrestling from a young age, propelled Riley toward a career in sports entertainment.

A naturally-gifted athlete, Riley excelled at any challenge placed in front of him, but he admitted that getting his start with WWE was one of the hardest things he's done thus far. His football career prepared him for the inevitable bumps and bruises that come with stepping into the squared circle, but there were other aspects that he had to adjust to.

"There are a lot of similarities between football and wrestling," Riley said. "The obvious ones are the contact, the amount of discipline that it takes to get through it. They're both very grueling on your body."

"I always tell people that when you're a football player, you're really a number under a jersey," he continued. "As a WWE Superstar, you're a total personality. From the moment you walk through the curtain, they see everything. You're not covered at all. You're out there in trunks, they can see your face at all times. I think there's nine or 10 cameras out there that can catch the way you're feeling, what you say, the way you look, how you move at any moment once your start performing. It's very difficult to learn how you've always gotta be in character."

It may have been a difficult learning process, but Riley, who took a job selling medical equipment as a stopgap, impressed WWE so much that he received a message from them asking him to join their developmental territory in Tampa, Fla., Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW), before the plane he was on landed back in Virginia after his tryout. He then packed up his Jeep Cherokee and drove 18 hours to Tampa to start his journey.

After spending about three years in FCW honing his craft, Riley earned a spot on the company's main roster in 2010. Riley was a participant on the second season of WWE NXT, a pseudo-reality show where eight "rookies" mentored by eight "pros" battled it out for a chance to become WWE's "Next Breakout Star." Riley was paired with Mike "The Miz" Mizanin and while he ultimately finished in third place on NXT, he became the biggest star from that season.

Riley continued his partnership with The Miz, who, like Riley, was on a meteoric rise to fame in 2010, winning the WWE's United States Championship as well as the coveted "Money In The Bank" briefcase, which guaranteed him a future championship match. The Miz indeed became WWE Champion in November 2010 by cashing in the aforementioned briefcase and Riley was his right-hand man as they did battle with luminaries like John Cena and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, even accompanying The Miz to the ring at the main event of Wrestlemania 27, the company's biggest event.

"I could not have written a better start to my career," Riley said. "I started on NXT and it was a lot of fun having The Miz help me out because he was such an established performer already, so to go into that show with him was a gift. And then to be a part of his run as WWE Champion was incredible. The situation was incredible. Being able to be in the ring with guys like Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, John Cena, Roddy Piper and to help headline Wrestlemania with Miz, Rock and John Cena, I couldn't have asked for any more."

While Riley owed a lot to The Miz for his development, the on-screen relationship between the two hit a rough patch last spring after the latter lost the WWE Championship. The Miz, who had signed Riley to a storyline "personal services contract," fired him in the middle of the ring. Riley snapped and attacked his former mentor, signaling the start of his singles career. The biggest moment of Riley's career came shortly after when he defeated The Miz at the Capitol Punishment pay-per-view at Verizon Center last June.

"The place went crazy when I came out," Riley said of his pay-per-view singles debut last summer. "Washington D.C. has always been great to me."

Riley will return to his hometown when WWE Raw broadcasts live from Verizon Center Monday evening. He doesn't know what's in store for him Monday, but expects to make an appearance in front of the D.C. crowd.

"A-Ry's" journey from sports to sports entertainment has been an arduous one, but he never forgot his roots and looks forward to returning to them Monday.

"I love being in D.C.," Riley said. "I'm gonna stay at my parents' house the night before the show. I'm gonna sleep in my old bed. I'm gonna get a good meal, get up and go to the gym and just be so excited for the show. It's just fun being home."

Monday Blog..Lots of Random Thoughts..Order JR's Today from WWEShop.com

Lots of random thoughts on a variety of topics in the first blog of the week. Just a reminder that JR's products are available online only at http://www.wweshop.com/Category/JimRoss except in Norman, Oklahoma Homeland stores. It's grilling season! With that said.....

Fully expect an off the hook Monday Night Raw tonight in Washington D.C. The local start time of 9 pm eastern often times lends itself to a somewhat more rowdy, live audience. It goes without saying that the fans in DC will have to go some to beat the live audience last Monday in Miami.

I feel that the Miami crowd was heavily influenced by so many fans who traveled from outside the USA to attend WM28 as there were many soccer styled chants that reminded me of some of my earliest trips to the UK.

Like any good TV show, last week's Raw provided more questions than answers and it will be interesting to see how some of the aforementioned questions will be addressed tonight on USA.

Many fans are still buzzing about the return of the enigma known as Brock Lesnar. Lesnar is a complex, dominating and driven athlete who made an immediate impact last week when he F5'ed John Cena without warning.

The WWE Title picture certainly became even more interesting Monday night when reigning Champion @CMPunk found himself with a bull's eye on his chest not only from the challenge last week of Mark Henry but also from the renewed pursuit of Chris Jericho @IAmJericho, @TheRock who said that he would be WWE Champion again, @JohnCena who always has his sights set on the top prize in WWE plus Brock Lesnar who certainly feels that he is the alpha male in WWE but to validate such must be WWE Champion.

Interesting days lie ahead.

I finally got to watch WM28 in its entirety over the weekend and other than the obvious I felt that @HEELZiggler was outstanding in the 12 man tag. I can easily see Ziggler having an impactful year in 2012 and being in the main event mix come WM29 on April 7, 2013.

After watching HIAC from WM28, challenging because I don't like listening to myself (I know...I could have muted the sound but my wife wanted to hear the commentary) I am hard pressed to name any match that was more better executed that what I saw between HHH and Undertaker. Their match stole the show, in my opinion, and was one of the best bouts that I ever had the honor of calling. The gutteral physicality was extraordinary.

I don't have a crystal ball but I'd be surpirsed to see HHH, @ShawnMichaels and the Undertaker, all together, ever being in the ring as participants at a WrestleMania or any other WWE event ever again. The final chapter of an amazing book was seemingly written and the book closed on Sunday in Miami.

It's awesome that WM28 drew more fans than the National Championship Game that I attended pitting my Oklahoma Sooners vs the Florida Gators (Tebow's team) notwithstanding the Super Bowls held in Sun Life Stadium. I can assure you that I left MUCH happier Sunday than I did when Tebow led his Gators to the National Title over OU.

I find it odd that many fans can't understand why Brock Lesnar came back to WWE after retiring from MMA competition. I always thought that Brock would return to WWE but the timing of his return did somewhat surprise me. Lesnar is a businessman, a competitive athlete and knows a potential, golden opportunity when he sees one.

'The Next Big Thing' returns to WWE a little older, although he is still young, and likely wiser this go around which makes the former NCAA National Champion and WWE Champion that much more dangerous. Goal driven athletes generally push themselves harder than anyone else ever could and Lesnar is not one to accept a role of being "o.k." when being great is possible.

I'm working on an article for WWE.com on my broadcast partners over the years. If you have any suggestions, please Tweet me @JRsBBQ. I've had more partners than I originally thought especially when one looks back at the volatile days in WCW.

Smackdown is live this week which always helps make any show better from this fan's perspective. 'Live' adds the adrenaline rush that can't be replicated.

Anxious to attend the OU Football Spring Game this Saturday afternoon in Norman. I need my football 'fix' that will hopefully carry me through until fall practice. If you're at the game and see me, please say hello.

@okcthunder are now in crunch time and the young, athletic team needs to peak and roll into the playoffs with some 'Mo.' I've become reinvested in the NBA thanks to the Thunder. The game experience at the Chesapeake Arena is amazing. This youthful team has a legit shot to make a run deep in the playoffs if they decide to play four quarters of aggressive defense and can limit self destructive turnovers.

Any one else tired of the ongoing Tiger Woods discussions that seemingly never end? Obviously, Tiger is over thinking his game and will not return to past glory until he gets himself in a better place mentally. Wait...I just got sucked in to this insanity...I'm tapping on Tiger.

BTW I choose not to talk religion or politics on this site. It's like a dog chasing its tail. If I want to know any thing about politics, I consult @JCLayfield aka JBL.

Why am I asked by lazy people who in WWE has Twitter or Facebook? Isn't that info available by doing a Google, etc search? I thought so.

I have enjoyed reconnecting with @tonyschiavone24 via Twitter. Tony is doing what he loves, broadcasting sports on WSB Radio and calling Gwinnett Braves baseball on radio. Most main stream sports, as a rule, won't give people with sports entertainment backgrounds the time of day in a play by play role, but Tony landed on his feet in a good way after WCW went belly up.

Just a FYi..every Wednesday I do a hit on http://www.sportstalk1400.com at 4:30 pm central time. Also do a national radio hit on http://www.yahoosportsradio.com every Saturday morning at 10:30 central time.

If anyone is in the Norman, Oklahoma area IE traveling to OKC or traveling down I35, it's easy to stop by a Norman Homeland Grocery store and pick up JR's Products with ZERO SHIPPING and at GREAT prices. The Homeland on Alameda has a HUGE display of our goods while there are stores on Main, Lindsey and at 24th and Robinson. #boomersooner fans need to stock up when they are in Norman.

Love the photos we receive from fans who we met at AXXESS, etc or who receive their orders from WWEShop.com. Those likely get re-tweeted.

Yes, I really did eat scrambled eggs and calf brains as a kid. We were poor and utilized every part of the animal that we fattened and butchered. Also ate the heart. Not bragging about it but I was taught to appreciate what my Mom put on the table and to clean my plate....Dad's rules. I could have used some JR's Chipotle Ketchup for those brains and eggs but Mom always seasoned them up to make it a better meal than it sounds.

Didn't think that NFL Commish Goodell was going to cut the Saints transgressors any slack. Being told to stop should have been enough but lying to the top dog is not going to get one to the Promised Land. If defensive coordinator Greg Williams ever coaches in the NFL again, I will be shocked. Williams can spend his spare time writing a book about his bad decisions and how he's now a changed man.

Hopefully, he is.

"Bounty Hunting' in the NFL isn't a new revelation and the Saints likely aren't the only culprit but when caught and then lying/covering it up and continuing to cheat after being told to stop is unpardonable. Sorry, Saints fans.

I watched the Masters for one reason....Bubba!

My last trip to Tampa and FCW was another great experience. I don't know who and I don't know when but I can see multiple FCW trained talents being called up to a WWE roster this year. Lots of youngsters are really on the cusp of doing special things. Hopefully they will continue to invest in themselves both physically and mentally and then take advantage of the opportunities that arise for them at the next level.

The FCW staff does a great job teaching fundamentals but the kids know that they cannot achieve greatness merely by the time that they invest inside the four walls of FCW. No one gets great merely by training and doing drills.

Speaking of FCW, keep an eye on Damien Sandow who debuted on Smackdown Friday night. He's bright, athletic and motivated. I fully expect him to be successful at the next level. I love his 'Lou Thesz-like' robe and towel combo. I have high expectations for Sandow who's got a solid work ethic and is a student of the game notwithstanding a well spoken individual.

Who's turning villain in Orlando? Stan Van Gundy or Dwight Howard? I can certainly provide an educated guess as to who won't be selling any property there in the next few months....Howard.

Finally, who was my first broadcast partner? Lee Roy McGuirk who was the promoter in Tulsa territory and was totally blind. I had to be very descriptive to engage Lee Roy in our broadcasts which featured a two camera shoot and the use of stick mic's. Many TV viewers actually thought Lee Roy could see because he had such great instincts to be able to visualize what I was saying or more specifically what I was trying to say.

Hope you take a moment to visit our home at WWEShop.com via this link http://www.wweshop.com/Ca...y/JimRoss.

Enjoy the LIVE, RAW tonight and the LIVE, SMACKDOWN Tuesday night. Check your local listings.

Boomer Sooner!

Stone Cold Steve Austin Mother Nature Opened a Can of Whoopass on My Barn

Exclusive

Stone Cold Steve Austin
Stone Cold Steve Austin
is no match for mother nature -- because a nasty storm just ripped through his Texas ranch ... and left his barn in RUINS.

The storm descended on the wrestling legend's Broken Skull Ranch in McMullen County recently -- and the violent winds blew the top off his barn.

You can tell by the picture, the damage to the barn was severe -- and Steve tells us, fixing it “ain't gonna be cheap.”

Barn belonging to Stone Cold Steve Austin

But SC's turning lemons into lemonade -- claiming he plans to use the opportunity to add more storage space.

And that’s the bottom line ... 'cause Stone Cold said so.

TNA Impact Wrestling will air on Spike TV through October 2014 after TNA and Spike signed a new deal. The current deal was set to expire this October. A lot of people in TNA are relieved right now because the deal was signed and signed as early as it was.

One of the topics discussed in negotiations was UFC's Ultimate Fighter, which left Spike for FX as a part of UFC's big deal with FOX. Ultimate Fighter is only doing around 1.2 million viewers while TNA brings in around 1.7 million for Spike weekly, most of that being the coveted Males 18-34 demographic. The goal for TNA and Spike with the new deal is to bring the viewership up to 2 million per week.

The new contract is only for Impact Wrestling but if other TNA TV projects come up, Spike is interested in discussions. Another possibility is live Impact specials but there was no talk of those happening during negotiations.

The new contract also does not cover episodes of Impact being taped on the road but TNA and Spike are planning to hold more tapings outside of Orlando this year.

that's really great news 4 impact. the best thing they could do is have programming twice a week and give vince a little scare

and jamie was really excited about the news of the xtension she and i celebrated all night long and into this afternoon..she then took a small nap cause i wore her out! but then i called beth, nat, kaitlyn over and they partied with us some more

man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

WWE Divas Brie and Nikki Bella, seem to be on their way out of the company. Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that WWE sources are now confirming both Brie and Nikki Bella will be done with the company once their deals expire at the end of the month on Monday, April 30. No news on why the Bellas are leaving the company or on their future plans have been revealed yet. We will keep you updated on the story.

source: PWInsider

But then....

Sources within WWE and outside of WWE have confirmed that as of now, The Bella Twins are scheduled to leave the company when their contracts expire at the end of April. Speculation is that they just want to move on to other things. The Twins wrote the following last night during RAW:

"Don't believe what you hear #! Tune into WWE Superstars this week you won't be disappointed wink Besos! B&N #WWE"

"Don't believe what you hear #BellaArmy How about that Cena and Brock fight?!! Wooaaahhhhhh! #RAW"

They're also campaigning for Nikki Bella as the next WWE Divas Champion after she picked up a non-title win over Beth Phoenix on Friday's SmackDown.

The Bellas are being advertised for an autograph signing on May 19th at Frank & Sons in California and are billed as "Brianna and Nicole, formerly The Bella Twins in WWE." They are also booked for a convention in New Jersey but not advertised by the promoter yet as WWE doesn't allow its talents at their conventions.

Scott Hall was arrested again in Seminole County, Florida back on April 6th at 9:31pm by deputies from the Seminole County Sheriff's office. FloridaArrests.com does not list what Hall was arrested for.

This is the same area that Hall was arrested in back in the summer of 2011.

The last we heard on Hall was that he had been admitted back into rehab a few weeks ago. Apparently Hall was let out as the arrest happened just last Friday night.

source: WrestlingInc

disbelief Pretty soon, we'll be hearing that Scott has died, and I hate to even say that, but that's where it seems he's headed. I don't ever wish this on anyone, but I think he needs to do some time in jail. Rehab hasn't worked, so maybe the stark reality of some prison time is what's needed. I don't know.

This is the same area that Hall was arrested in back in the summer of 2011.

The last we heard on Hall was that he had been admitted back into rehab a few weeks ago. Apparently Hall was let out as the arrest happened just last Friday night.

disbelief Pretty soon, we'll be hearing that Scott has died, and I hate to even say that, but that's where it seems he's headed. I don't ever wish this on anyone, but I think he needs to do some time in jail. Rehab hasn't worked, so maybe the stark reality of some prison time is what's needed. I don't know.

It's pretty much over. He ain't never coming back. Shame, he was one of the greatest wrestlers of the '90s. He was one of my favorites too, whether he was Razor Ramon or Scott Hall, he was great. Sad to see what's happened to him. sad

Scott Hall Arrested for Beating GF -- He'd Been 'Drinking for Days'

Scott Hall mug shot
Wrestling legend Scott Hall was arrested Friday after allegedly choking out his girlfriend in a drunken fit of rage -- this according to the arrest report, obtained by TMZ.

According to the report, cops were called to Scott's Florida home over a domestic disturbance in progress around 5pm. When they arrived, Scott's GF Lisa Howell informed police he had attacked her.

According to Lisa, Scott had been drinking for days and the two had gotten into some kind of argument. Lisa says she got into her car, and in a blind rage, Scott grabbed her by the throat and tried to pull her out of the driver's seat.

According to the report, police confronted Scott -- who appeared heavily intoxicated with an "unknown white secretion flowing from both sides of his mouth" -- but he denied ever getting violent.

Police observed several signs of physical injury on Lisa -- including red marks around her neck -- so they placed Scott under arrest for domestic battery.

Scott -- billed at 6'7" and 287 pounds -- required TWO sets of handcuffs.

But his problems didn't end there -- according to the report, Scott was so drunk ... the jail refused to book him ... so the arresting officer had to drag him to a nearby hospital to get medical clearance.

The physicians gave their thumbs up and Scott was brought back to the correctional facility, where he was finally booked on the domestic violence charge.

Lisa has refused to press charges. So far, it's unclear if the case will move forward.

Recently, C.M. Punk was interviewed by FOX 5 News in Washington D.C. During the discussion, Punk discussed winning the WWE championship, Brock Lesnar's return and much more. Here are some of the highlights:

On winning the WWE championship and what it means to him: "It's kind of daunting. To me, it's everything I ever wanted to do. But when you actually get there, number one, it's harder to stay on top. But this [title] is my life. This is my wife. I'm married to it."

On his style of promos and where it comes from: "I've just always been the guy that says what other people won't. Without fear of reprisal or the consequences or repercussions that come with it. The microphone's always been my weapon. ... Absolutely, it does (have power). More so than punching people or kicking people."

On being handed the torch by wrestling traditionalists: "I love it. Love it. That's the most important thing to me. I think that if you don't respect the past, not only are you doomed to make the same mistakes and stuff like that but -- I'm rooted firmly in the old school. Bret Hart, Randy Savage -- you've got to teach the new kids where this comes from. Where I come from. And I definitely come from that old school."

On the returns of The Rock and Brock Lesnar: "The Rock has proved me wrong and him coming back is great. So, I'm going to hold out judgment and see what Brock does. Brock, unfortunately, has that cloud hanging over his head of cracking under the pressure of being WWE champion and splitting before. So, we'll just have to wait and see how he does."

Like we ever thought he was going to fully quit.

Mick Foley wrote on Twitter that he asked WWE officials if he and Jim Ross could call the Hell in a Cell match at WrestleMania 28 between Triple H and The Undertaker. He wrote:

"Wish I'd been a small part of HIAC. I asked @WWE early on about me and JR doing commentary; I guess they liked half of the idea."

Foley also says he feels he has one more big bump left in him and knows which WWE Superstar he wants to do that last bump with. He wrote:

"I believe I do have one more big bump left in me - delivered on my terms, with a @WWE Superstar who respects what I've done"

"My final bump came to me as a vision. I know exactly what I want to do, where I want to do it, and who I want to do it with."

Maven Ex-WWE Star Seeking Treatment for Rx Pill Problem

Former WWE superstar Maven Huffman

Former WWE superstar Maven Huffman has agreed to seek professional help in the hopes of kicking his prescription drug addiction ... and he's getting some help from his old pals at the WWE.

Maven's attorney, James Flynn, tells TMZ ... the 35-year-old has agreed to participate in the WWE's "Former Talent Rehab Program" ... after he was arrested last month for wrongfully obtaining more than 1000 pills of prescription painkillers.

"Yes, Maven is planning on working with the WWE and he was really impressed by their gesture to assist him" ... the lawyer tells us.

As we previously reported, the WWE says it will pay for 100% of any rehab or treatment program for former WWE wrestlers ... as long as the wrestler wants the help.

Maven's attorney adds, "It is Maven's sincere hope to use his experience to aid in the prevention of substance abuse and serve as an example to his fellow wrestlers and community at large."

"Maven would also like his supporters to know that he is humbled by the outpouring of support he has received over the past week and he sincerely apologizes to any of his family members, friends, and fans who have had to read the press surrounding recent events.'

Maven's lawyer says the wrestler is NOT admitting any criminal wrongdoing ... but says he "intends to cooperate with local law enforcement agencies to reach a timely resolution to the matter."

A rep for the WWE tells us, "We wish Maven nothing but the best."

There have been a lot of ex-WWEers on TMZ lately. Professional wrestling can be a very destructive business if the wrestlers aren't careful. Case in point...
