The recent zaza thread brings to a head something that I've been kind of grossed out about for a bit now. Having talked to him directly I know now that at least one instance of behind the scenes orgnoting led (even if just in part) to what eventually escalated to his leaving. I know that I myself get lots of orgnotes from this and that about that and the other. All this behind the scenes orgnoting by folk about other orgers needs to stop (though I doubt it will). I know some folk write others as if they're just letting feelings out, but it really most often comes off as gossip and childish. I was already in high school once.

If you have a problem with another orger, call their ass out and deal with it or ignore them altogether.

If the other orger is spreading shit about you, don't go and do the same damn thing by orgnoting every damn person you know to rally troops. It brings you down to their level. DO NOT ENGAGE.

So folk who are trying to rile up and stir up bullshit know that this is so MF lame and cowardly.

I understand the frustration when people do not understand you and are just downright mean... but seriously, if a person doesn't say something to you directly then its not worth even spending one second thinking about it.

Let alone considering the issue an actual problem.

On the threads, people say shit and accuse and bait. Its debate and it can be fun, but again its just a website.

Gossip will get caught in its own mouth-trap, so let the gossips lead themselves down their own destructive path. Don't worry about gossips... worry about being honest with yourself.

That was just a for-instance, of course. I'm never catty.

I for one don't take the Org seriously. I'm not about to come on here and spill my guts to a bunch of people I don't know and will most likely never meet. This place is getting more and more like a damn soap opera, and it ain't real life, people. But it's still fun to come here.
