you have the nurse claiming not to have seen anything that would indicate drug addiction. tom meseareau says the same thing, that four years ago at the trial he saw nothing, but then you have chopra saying mj was asking him for oxycontin around the same time. then the competing versions of the facts from various family members. it's all so confusing. i guess the autopsy will tell the tale.

if murray is claiming 'ignorance' about mj's unusual problems, it just makes it all the worse for him. even the chef noticed that mj had debilitated in the two months from the time she left his employ until her return. how could a doctor not notice, or have no idea, and more importantly for his defense, apparently not care? how could you be giving a 'patient' who was clearly not well anything? someone with unusual problems and you're going to compound the problems? even if he doesn't go to jail, or even to trial, he can kiss his medical license good-bye. he'll barely be able to get a job at denny's by the time this is over. neutral

well i wasn't alive but from what i see it's hard to compare cause then it was about music then so the news was all good and positive

NOW it's about music and MADNESS, u can't make the kind of stuff involving this michael jackson saga

popularity is probably the same or moreso now but it was a positve obsseions then and now people are remember what a talent michael was and then u have this crazy stuff in the news thrown in people's face so that's not really a a positive popularity

Bigger then. Even though he didn't tour globally during "Thriller", it was a big worldwide thing because the videos were starting to be played on MTV overseas and before that, they got the songs through the radio and saw him doing the moonwalk. He was already pushing 40 million copies worldwide by 1985 with "Thriller" and not too many solo artists were even doing THAT.

yeah, michael wasn't a medical expert so propofol was obviously suggested to him by some doctor...during the history tour some doctor convinced him that it is harmless if he's monitored.at least then the doctor was an anethesiologist. michael must felt safe because he had done it before but that is still NO excuse to take something so dangerous cause something is bound to go wrong sooner or later.

last week i had surgery and i was put under anesthesia and i think it's criminal that a doctor would give this to a a patient at home without all the proper equipment and by himself!!!! i had about 5+ experts watching over my breathing and watching the monitors and stuff. i feel sick that a doctor recommended this to michael and made him feel like this was safe.plus i was on it for like 3+ hrs and i woke up drowsy as hell

Yeah it's crazy. I really blame the first person who suggested this drug was safe for him and blame MJ for believing him. I mean MJ was old enough to do some serious investigating back then so I wonder why didn't he?

Yeah they haven't seen Michael in years because once they caught on to him being a junkie, he became unreachable. Michael didn't want anyone staging an intervention. He loved his drugs... confused If you couldn't get him dope he didn't wanna be bothered....plain and simple.

That is why he was so tight with Elizabeth Taylor! confused
