4 mintues sound pop not urban at all. You need to be urban AC to really cross over, this is not their bid. not Fantasia or Keyshia Cole enough. however that wasnt the plan? You dont call Justin if you want to cultivate the american urban radio/retail, she wants his pop audience that buys his records. | |

I mean if she's really that talented and a good producer then it would be interesting to see her going on her own way to make her own music. But it will never happen cuz she's just an average performer with a great ego and a lot of marketing, publicity and talented people behind her. | |

Madonna is the ultimate "pop" artist.Anything she does,it will always be considered pop,just because of who she is.I don't think she wants to abandon that.Her album is most likely a pop/dance album with an R&B vibe and that's okay with me.I wouldn't want her to sound "totally R&B" anyway. | |

Why is it that Madonna can select credible dance music producers but is incapable when it comes to rap & R&B? Pharoch Monche, MF DOOM, the RZA, Ghostface Killa, Ceelo, Outkast ... why didn't she offer a great sum of money to these guys? I guess they're not 'pop' enough. But niether is Mirwais and she had hits with him. It's clear that she's trying to make a big,commerical album this time around.Let's face it,you can't get more "commercial" than Timbaland and Pharell.I admit,it woulda been interesting if she had decided to make a dark,non-commericial R&B album produced by lesser known producers.After several years of working with producers who weren't well-known (Mirwais,Stuart Price),perhaps she just wants to change course? A fan took a few pieces of the leaked snippet and tried to piece it together and make a "real song" out of it The second,slower part sounds like it's from a remix.The first part might also be a remix,too.
Fans are getting impatient.Madonna needs to drop this single NOW.I'm sick of hearing these fan-made "versions" of the single,lol. | |
