More filings today about the Non-Disclosure Agreement dispute between Lawnie and Spicer and Comerica.

Comerica attached Sharon's tweet stating that Comerica needs to be removed.

Comerica states 90 people have signed the Non-Disclosure Agreement but Lawnie wont do it and he is oblivious to the conflicts he has with the Estate since the Judge has another Special Administrator investigating him and his shenanigans when he was the Special Advisor to the Estate.

Spicer said he would sign a NDA when Omarr's wife, Alfred's brother, and Tyaka's son President signs a NDA.

I can't find anything related to royalties on the US Copyright Office website. It doesn't even seem to be the place where such an agreement would be recorded. It is about copyright, not where the royalties go.

If Prince did indeed sign over his royalties to RN then that is the "missing will" right there! But without evidence of that, this cannot go down as any kind of fact. If it is a fact it should be made a sticky. Because Prince signing his royalties over to anyone prior to his death puts a lot of speculation to bed. It says that he knew his time was up. It says that he did make a sort of will with regards to his music and all future earnings. It says that he was preparing for someone else to collect his income for the forseeable future. He wouldn't sign over his income if he was planning to stick around.

This NEEDS to be qualified otherwise it is putting incorrect information out there that many people will start regarding as fact when it isn't.

As an aside, what I did find on the US Copyright Office website was the following:

Many (maybe all?) songs under NPG MUSIC PUBLISHING, LCC which cover 2012 to 2016 have this little tidbit entered next to Copyright Claimant: "Transfer: By written agreement. Address: 1611 TELEGRAPH AVENUE, SUITE 600, OAKLAND, CA, 94612".
