They aren't spending five minutes on it. The clerk does some stuff and files the documents. To do otherwise, to stop her, is what would be time-consuming and expensive -- and the estate would be billed.

They efile in Minnesota so the Clerk of Courts is really not doing anything to file the document.

Zena, I don't see a signed order re Tidal, but I do see it's written up for him to sign though. Are you seeing something else I may have missed?
