At the rate that the PRN Estate is going, Judge Eide may retire before the Estate is settled. Plus, it will probably (and hopefully) have ongoing business for many years to come.

I would say he would have to stay on the case as he knows what has been going on etc., which makes sense. To put a new judge in his place means that the new judge would have to get the quickest up-to-the-minute details. That would put too much pressure on a new judge to play catch up from day 1

Probate Judges are elected officials.

Judges are people too and they have a sense of humor.

Lighten up.

The Judge is not going to issue sanctions against SNJ by way of attorney fees for the filing of the removal of Comerica.

He thought he would extend an "olive branch" and thought if he did so it would only divide the siblings even more.

But he did say that the constant disagreements and lack of cooperation only depletes the Estate assets.
