Erm...yes he did, he had presence from about 97/98 with Love4oneanother.com, then in 2000 with NPGOnlineLtd.com, 2001-2006 through the various guises such of the NPGMC and then in 2009 with the Lotusflow3r site so he has done this before albeit in relative short bursts.

However although it's good to see a new site, the trouble is its potential audience is limited as it's not really known about or advertised outside the hardcore community.....i mean everyone else would think 3rdeyegirl is a just a new girl launching tracks LOL.

I think he needs to amalgamate this or build up to a well-known new 'Prince' website....although I suspect that is what he is planning...this is just the early test-bed incarnation.

Prince, at the moment your better without electricity.

I wasn't too keen on this song at first, but after a few listens I kinda like it. I had the same reaction to most of the tracks on The Truth, too (although I don't think this sounds like any of those tracks aside from being acoustic).

I'm not sure how "impressed" I am by the fact that it was written and recorded in a day (I'm sure that happens a lot with Prince), but I do like the idea that it was released the same day that it was written/recorded.

Why has this thread (and the others about the new tracks) been renamed to include "Prince & 3rd Eye Girl"?

This song in particular is obviously Prince alone, and there's nothing to indicate that the others are intended to be credited that way either.

I hope P keeps on releasing the music.

2013 has been a good one in Prince-land so far.

You do realize that all but 1 of them originally had, by the OP, some version of Prince 3rd Eye Girl in their title right? It was always in the titles,

Don't make it bigger than what it is, where do you buy the songs from? that's all that means

and as far as any band name how many songs were just Prince credited as Prince and the NPG
