sounds like hes saying Amero

Amero (A) is a new transnational currency being introduced by Illuminati (Trilateral Commission, Bilderberg, Rockefeller, Rothschilds), i.e., Federal Reserve through NAFTA and the North American Union (NAU). This develops into the All American Union (AAU) leading to the New World Order AKA United States of Earth. You gotta admit that is one-hell-of-a-plan. And the real joke is on you! 'Cause its true.

After 2010, when the US $ is made to lose 98% of it's "thin air" value, - causing the American $ to be reviled - an Amero that strikes the Earth on December 21, 2012 will then be the widely acceptable replacement. This is the secret plan under implementation by the Illuminati AKA "The ALL American Union" - the economic and monetary union of three principal countries of North America, namely Canada, the United States, and Mexico, plus all the countries in South America, and Cuba (with exception of Haiti and Chile, which are gone).

Soon the Amero will be the only currency traded in the entire Americas.

Whoah!!!! I was pleasantly suprised

I was reading the reviews prior to downloading and expected a disaster. Some poster said Prince was trying to mimick the dirty south... then I heard the song and thought "man peole are crazy"

There ain't nuthin dirty south about this song... that is funky Prince! Telling ya'll for the one billionth time that he can make you bounce and wiggle yo' ass better than anyone else!

And indeed he does with this song... love this banger!

One thing... his rap again does sound like hes trying to be hard again... and he doesn't need to... but it still works. Shelby's back up vocals work well with the track as well.

I have no problem with the Purple Yoda reference... I just think his rap could be even better and less tense

Very Funky!! You need to Lay it down and let me show how!

Dance... Let me see you dance

Wow i'm surprised so many people love this song!!

Not so sure about this one, but i think that guitar really saves it.

It ends so abruptly, but im not sure i would have enjoyed it if it went on for too much longer...

This one might be a grower.

In fact on first listen, i liked this more than any thing else on this album..

How ever i was let down by that abrupt ending which took away some fun from this mad

Purple Yoda?! This song has grew on me a bit after hearing it several times. Funky guitars! I like it. 20Ten is the flip-side of MPLSound. I like it. Prince is going in on them.

I'm still trying to enjoy this song but I always find myself going "Prince no..." lol

Yeah, "boo" was cute considering I use the word often. BUT like I said before the beat is MURDER, but the lyrics just make me cringe. If he had taken this track and gave it to Jeezy or Weezy I would be great, but I find it funny how orgers scream "Prince is 52 years old now so he's making mature music now, he shouldn't be singing about fucking and shit" yet here they are talking about how much they love these wanna-be young "Purple Yoda" lyrics! confused (Not to mention that rhyming Minnesotta with Yoda is just LAZY!!!! and screams My First Hip Hop song)

[Edited 7/9/10 4:51am]

The purple yoda... WTH??? whofarted

The sound of the track is definitely kickin' but the lyrics are perhaps some of the stupidest lyrics I have every heard by him and by stupid I mean dumb and surely not good!

And if this were to be released as a single it needs to be an extended / remixed single in the vain of 'Love or $' or 'Hello' ala more rhythm/music and perhaps some funky, more sensible lyrical improv or no other lyrics at all, just jamming.

PEACE!

Prince can't write anything of worth anymore. Oh well I guess.

The music on this one isn't terrible. (Not great either.)

Laydown is an easy one to figure out. It's a hidden track (#77). He takes YJezzy-Weezy's beats and lays it with Drakes flow. Then the lyrics are 'you need to laydown'. He likes taking jabs at the music trends today.
