nice song, I have not heard the original. I am happy that I did not pay that $77 for Lotusflow3r - as I have heard there's nothing happening on the page. I already learned from my $100 experience with npgmusicclub, which at least had new music and some videos there.

but I am happy that Prince still makes new music!

Aaaaand... saved. I really like it. It wouldn't have been out of place on The Vault: Old Friends 4 Sale. I would love an album like that again.

Cool. Saved from cache and will digest properly later. Like others I find it intriguing that he has picked this song out for live performance and a re-working. It's one of the what I would call "legendary" unreleased tracks. Of course as usual with Prince you get that dichotomy of feeling - partly happy and excited, partly slightly disappointed that it is not the original version. On the one hand it gives you hope that songs like this still might see the light of day, on the other it's frustrating it was not "released" properly on his official website. The guy is an amazing frustrating walking talking singing contradictory prolific engima - thank goodness. Wish there was more like him

almost every other day someone starts up a thread on this song. its the shit, we all know it, and this new version is incredible. so, so happy its been released
