In the bootleg song, "I'll Never Be Another Fool", Prince sings, "I'll never open my legs, again, to a man, who's insecure/I'll never open my legs again, unless, I'm really sure". Even if this was a demo for a woman, why would he sing that line? Also, if he's not gay, why did he have all of his male dancers fall, on top of him, in the sex-inspired video "Gett Off"?  | |

People wondered Prince's sexuality for years despite am the drop dead gorgeous women he had dated and keeps around him. All I can say i that if he has slept with men before, he is VERY clean with his dirt. In this celeb driven society, with internet, entertainment shows, gossip queens like Wendy Williams and Perez Hilton, nothing is secret for long. I have followed Prince since I was 14 years old, and NEVER, not once, have i ever heard any man come out and state he slept with Prince. With all the people he has pissed off throught the years, not one person came out with a gay story on him. If he is bisexual, he id definately not sloppy with his shit. When a celeb has so much access to everything and anyone, you never know what could happen. Like I said, if he did jump of with men in his past, he definately kept that on thd DL. I never heard any homo about Prince. People made judgements on his pretty looks, hair whipped better then the women in his circle, and at times, questionable frilly clothes. I see it as a racial double standard. White rockers could wear enough make up to look like a full fledge drag queen, have hair/weaves down their backs, wear womens lace garments, and wear high heel boots without a question about their sexuality. If a Black performer isn't giving that pseudo, over played "gangsta" image, he is questioned about being gay.To me, he is rock and roll who happens to be black. Well before this thread gets locked down, that is the gayest sounding lyrics I've ever heard credited to Prince and that is saying something. I recall his get off stuff too, I really believe he has always liked to play gay as an image device but was really pretty conservative and straight. I recall reading how he was very uncomfortable around Madonna's gay dancers who probably would have been making lots of eye contact and flirtation with the little guy. So, no, I don't believe he is actually gay. And funny thing is, if he was, people are so used to him being so wierd that it wouldn't be much of a big deal at all. | |

i think if prince were growing up today he probably would feel comfortable enough and welcome enough by society to be gay.
but since he was raised when it wasn't cool (and seriously, everything comes around to being cool with him) he has probably hidden those feelings so deep inside him that it would never manifest into actions; Space for sale... | |
