I have said it before.Prince seems to be a man who is in touch with his feminine side of himself.That does not necessarily make him gay.Most men probably have this,they just try hard not to let it out.Think about it.Qualities like sensuality,tenderness,softspoken,gentle,kind,dressing how you feel(not what is expected),lovemaking that may go beyond regular boundries(that most men would be intimidated by),and I don't mean rough,hurtful or some of those really crazy ways of enjoying someone.Being what this world considers manly and not gay, is contradicted by many others in, and out of entertainment industry.So Prince is not the only man that is different, than what some of you think a man should be.Personally I rather be with someone like him ,than someone stuck on what people are judging.(the lovemaking is probably awesome)

Prince is also from another age; as many have noted, the 70-80's were completely a glam era. Half the hair metal bands looked fine as fuq and were (supposedly) completely hetero. Ever since I got in2 Prince oddly,I never thought he was gay.To me he was so gay that he cancelled any thoughts of him actually being gay out of my mind.I really think Prince is just different and loves women to death but also loves being a man.I think hes straigher than a lot of these wanna-be gangstas out here 2day.And the whole gay lyrics thing...Prince is just talented enough to write songs for other people,including women.Ill admit and say I was a little taken aback with his dance routines with the Game Boyz,especially the Gett Off routine...but it was the 90's when a lot of stuff eased on by...so who knows...but I really dont think he is or was ever gay.

An Artist woukd have to be in touch with themselves regardless if it is perceive to me masculine or feminine in order to express their art. You have to be in touch with how you feel in order to create.

I don't think Prince is "gay", but I know that he has gotten with men on occasion. I've told the story here a couple times, but no-one believes me, so I'm not going to bother telling it again. At least now, anyway.

Prince obviously does not identify as gay. In my book, that mean he's not gay. End of story. It can be assumed that most men have crossed the line at times in their lives. Some more than others...It's not really a big deal. It doesn't mean anything about one's particular sexual identity or gender. Gay and straight are just stupid labels that don't tell the full story of anyone's sexuality.

Oddly, I saw Prince with Tamar at the Fillmore in SF. The dancers pulled up this guy who seemed pretty obviously gay... I don't remember EXACTLY what was said, but I do remember Prince making some kind of quick dismissive comment toward the guy regarding his gender presentation. I remember thinking it was REALLY hypocritical of Prince. Prince, wants to wear women's panties (basically) and still be one of the guys. After all these years, regardless of what he's done and who he's been, Prince still can't seem to break free from a base level hetero-sexism. That short little incident was really disappointing to me.
