my understanding was that the house he destroyed was not Manuela's. That one is still standing. It was the one he shared with Mayte (the other Chanhausen house). It was infested because he lost a child while living there. Manuela knew before even starting the online conversation that the house was burnt down. She also knew that Prince had burnt Mayte stuff. In the online conversation, she asked about the house before he started to comment.

Apparently at some point, he removed shit from the second chanhausen house (stuff that belonged to Manuela) (because obviously they lived there too) and later she was unable to find it because he either destroyed it or lost it. During the later conversation, she angrily wanted her travel documents back. He claimed that he hadn't done anything to them but they were in 'safe keeping'. Who knows the truth there but during the divorce proceeding, she was more interested in getting back music videos he had made for her which he claimed he destroyed and she never mentioned her visa etc..so I will presume she got the visa back..

She might have cheated (thus the locking her out and destroying credit cards) but I don't think he destroyed the house because of her. I think the house burning happened earlier--remember he had 4 homes and burned down one of them. He could have locked her out of one of the other ones.
