I queued for 7 hours, and got to see P channelling Hendrix for nearly 3 hours. And he played most of my faves.

Patience is a virtue.

For those who went tonight, did all tickets indicate the designated area (i.e. stalls standing or level 1/2/3) depending on your place in the queue?

It's very likely i'm travelling down tomorrow on the off chance he plays there again. I'm heading down from Manchester however and it's gonna cost a bomb. I will be rather pissed if it turns out to be a waste of time and money! lol

I got two sides... and they're both friends.

Yes, my ticket only allowed me to be on Level 2 unreserved seating. Amazing view. Don't wanna annoy anyone but as soon as I found out the price had dropped I ran down there and queued for 30 mins and got in just after lets go crazy... I'm a lucky guy.... So good, chaos and disorder, I like it there and endorphin machine.... Whaat! He will play tomorrow though.

First lot of tickets were floor, then 1st, 2nd, 3rd tier given out as people entered...

Went down to Shepherd's Bush at 5pm with a pocketful of cash....We got numbers 1037 and 1038 in the queue.....10 pound surprise at the box office, great seats on first balcony a few meters away from George Clinton! This first Prince gig for me was a real kicker! But I still prefer online sales rather than waiting out in the cold. Nonetheless, it was well worth the tired limbs and I'll certainly go again as more gigs are announced!

Didn't say anything about playing again tomorrow, but I wouldn't rule anything out.

I decided to take a chance and head over about 6pm. Arrived just after 7pm and was around the 1200 mark. Still thought tickets were £70 then heard that they'd gone down to £10. Think the whole thing was a clever PR move, and kept those who might have turned up to push and shove away.

Seemed the later you were the higher your seats. I was in L2, and once it filled it looked like they put more people in on the upper level.

Prince and 3rdEyeGirl phenomenal. Place was jumping, audience in fine form and singing well.

Sounds great. Must have been surreal having George Clinton so close!

Slightly speechless after tonight's gig, absolutely amazing!
I was guessing he would play for just over an hour but boy was I wrong.
Shepherds Bush was full of people just looking at each other afterwards with an
Expression that said "did that just happen?"

So many people turning up and pushing in. Getting concerned.

queued in 95 at the dublin concert for hours (had a ticket though). Was at front of que. Then guys just marched up to the front of queue.

Still got to front row though

I was there for that too. Loved every minute of it.
