Ratings will definitely go up from the current season. They went up when she first joined in 2006 and the panel before didn't suck then.

I think there might be an initial jump but it seems that the show altogether is losing its luster. Maybe it can be saved by adding some other interesting co-hosts but I think the show's best days are done. We shall see!

...Wow....So Rosie is coming back...I like Rosie, she's more than qualified to sit at that table, but WHY does she wanna come back? She even admits that her "emotions" are all over the place and she says things that she regrets later (Re: Bullying Babs)....I don't feel this is a good move...Ellizabeth is right Rosie is part of the reason Star Jones got fired. Rosie wanted her gone. I don't wanna be to hard on Ol'girl but unless she's gotten therapy what's to stop her from being a hot Mess again? The Producers claim Rosie left too soon the first time and blah, blah, blah...Rosie caused her own DRAMA, she likes Live & backstage confrontation...She had to leave the first time because she was out of control not because Babs fired her...Whoopi & Rosie have been friends for a very long time, they are likely to get along I just wonder if Rosie is capable of practicing self-control..
