I'm so glad I was spoiled I would not be able to stomach the last 30 minutes if I didn't know he was going to die.

That was good. He cut all the fluff and went straight for the meat, I was wondering how it would all fit.

Poor Theon.

It amazes me Sansa hasn't lost her mind.

Yes he was and wonderfully at it. Shame the guy doesnt want to act anymore. I always thought Martin would take the father out first keeping all of his kids and "king" in play.

hmmm Margaery made sure Joffery had a bite of the pie, and when he had a bite he made a weird face

I have a feeling Olenna Tyrell had a thing to do with this
Tyrion grabs the goblit near Margaerys grandmother Olenna, She didnt seem too impressed on the party goings.
Could that be why she didnt spend much money on the wedding expenses hmmm

I watched it twice to see just where that goblet went. It was near Olenna. Also Sansa picked it up and gave it to Tyrion. Margaery placed it on the table behind her at one point and I noticed she made certain Joffrey swallowed that pie. lol

Yeah after I re-watched again, that's exactly what I saw too. Nor did Margaery go to him when he started convulsing and finally collapsed....we all saw that Cersei pushed Margaery out the way to get to Joffrey, but still Margaery stayed where she stood. lol Yep, the Tyrell's were definitely the ones who did it...I just hate that they are using Tyrion as the scapegoat. But I trust that in some way, shape or form, he'll get out of it. thumbs up!

Well that thought didn't cross my mind, though Joffrey could had been capable of making that happen (glad he didn't)...but funny you bring her up because for some reason, I get the feeling that she's still in grave danger. Either Tywin or Cersei had someone smuggled on the boat with her, or that really wasn't Shae on the boat when Bronn saw it sail away. Her just sailing away from danger living "comfortably" is way too safe. Either something is going to happen or has already happened to her but hasn't been revealed to the audience yet.

I know right. Theon has been through a shit load of torture. You can tell that the actor who plays him has lost a lot of weight to make Theon look malnutritioned and broken. Even though he's been an idiot for the most part in seasons 1 & 2, I don't think he's all "gone" and has probably gotten quite smart. I think Ramsay's torture of Theon isn't going to last too much longer.

Speaking of Ramsay, Roose Bolton is playing him like a fiddle. If Ramsay really believes that Roose is going to "reconsider his position"...he's foolish.

As for Sansa, she is her mother's daughter. She has no choice but to NOT lose her mind. Arya is more like Ned...well except for the naive part. lol

Was the poison meant for Joffrey of Margaery, I thought the Cersei was just being a b!tch when she says to have the food given to the dogs, but perhaps she meant to knock Margaery out, so she would have to marry the brother and leave Kings Landing a and Jamie?
I assume that since the marriage was not consummated it is null and void, so Margaery holds no power, and Joffrey's younger brother is now heir.
Was hoping that Sansa would have picked up the sword and killed Joffrey herself

I wonder if Theron will slowly come back to his senses on the journey.

I'm assuming that the poison was in the cake... Otherwise I think since Tyron gave Joffrey the wine to drink first, and he drank it and nothing happened, then put it on the table exactly where Margaery's aunt was sitting, I think that would make perfect sense, Margaery and her aunt know that Joffrey was a dick anyway.

Lady Orlenna is not Margaery's aunt, she's her grandmother. lol

I agree too that the poison was in the pie. Margaery was nearly force feeding it to him, yet she didn't take one bite of it herself. Though the whole poison-in-the-wine thing is still up for question.

hmmm That's what I was wondering too...but in other previews, it shows Tywin sitting on the king's throne chair so I don't know.

I'd say that Joffrey's younger brother is next in line, cause they sure made him visible in all the scenes and that would make Cersei back as regent. My question is the kid a Lannister through and through? wink

Maybe, but isn't Margaery already the queen now? So if that kid is the next king they're supposed to get married?

There's one thing very important in the episode:

This is what the young Stark saw in his vision, means now he's the only one who knows that the dragons are comming (aside from Kalesi and her team)/And whats with the throne under snow? (Is it John Snow who's going to be the king?)/White Walkers.......?

No I don't think she had anything to do with it. I'd like to think that Sansa would have wanted to stick around to actually WATCH Joffrey die if it was at her hands.

Margie didn't consumate the relationship so shes not queen. With the vision thing this is the second time weve seen the iron throne room destroyed and snow covered.

I also didn't like Brianna actually having romantic feelings for Jaime. confused

I don't know how Theon's story is going to play out. From what I understand no one in his family thinks he's alive so there's no rescue coming from there, but who knows how the show might change it up. He's useless to his father now since he can't have any heirs, so the only one who'd probably give a damn is Yara, that's her baby brother. I think his fate is sealed though. Ramsey is a scary person.

I'm just saying since Sansa was so naive and had so many pretty little romantic fantasies in her head of how life should be, all that's been ripped away and she so alone but she still holds herself up. Yeah I guess she doesn't know how to do any differently but carry on gracefully. I find it interesting the different strengths of those kids.

I think all the kids on the show are great. I loved their commentary, theirs was the most interesting and lively.

You know, out of all the things that happened last night, that was the one thing that took me aback. Seems kind of soap-opera-ish. I picked up on their mutual respect for each other, never ever really thinking that Brienne has romantic feelings for Jaime. Wonder how they will play this out. Obviously, they threw this in there to create another storyline going but I think it'll make for good entertainment.
