The NFL is thinking of hitting the Steelers with a six-figure fine plus losing a draft pick over Tomlin's stunt in the Raven game.

No way. Not that he shouldn't be fined, but anything over $25,000 would be far too excessive. If the NFL is going to do that, then the NBA needs to suspend Jason Kidd for the rest of the season for the stunt he pulled on the sidelines.

Fuck the Patriots. I have two words for them and their whining fans - "Tuck Rule". Like em' or not the Bellechick/Brady legacy will go down in football history. As far as I'm concerned, ALL football fans are whiney when it comes to their team! It's a game!

I can see them penalizing coach Tomlin with a fine but charging the Steelers brass a draft pick would be total bs and hypocrisy. Spygate only cost Bill Belicheck a fine and no loss of draft picks. Brady can curse out refs after a game on national tv where it's audible to the viewing audience and there is no repercussions. Had that been NDahmukong Suh or any other player with a reputation as a dirty player there would have been a fine. Don't laugh at my funk

Steelers lose heartbreaker to Dolphins all but mathematically ending their playoff hopes. The Steelers damn near pulled off the Immaculate Reception part 2. The defense displayed piss poor tackling throughout the game which really cost them. Don't laugh at my funk

Pats got a gift from the refs. That was not pass interference. But they lose Gronk.
Lot of wild finishes today.

My last sentence said it all. Piss poor tackling. The steelers are soft in the middle of the defense with McLendon at NT and rookie Vince Williams at middle lb. Phillip fucking Daniels had a field day rushing up the gut on the steelers. Ryan Clark is slow as a turtle at safety now. Steelers have some needs to address in the offseason. Don't laugh at my funk

We lost the Panthers game because of a bad call. Happens to every team at some point...but I will admit that the Patriots all have a huge horseshoe deep in their asses!!!

That's true but you have to admit Tom gets more bs calls than any player I've ever seen. What about the intentional grounding call where there was no receiver in the area and Tom bitched about it and they reversed the call. Jason Campbell didn't get that call and his receiver was closer to the area than Tom's. Regardless somehow I have a strange feeling its gonna come down to the Pats and Broncos for the AFC title game and somehow Peyton's gonna shit the bed again unless the Bengals put in work or the battle tested Ravens put together a miracle run. Don't laugh at my funk

Why are the seahawks only mentioned when they lose? I called the game that either team could win by 3. I don't discredit 49'rs, saints, patriots, or broncos ever. I know that they are all good teams and can beat the Seahawks if the Seahawks don't play their A game and A people. The Seahawks are as good as any of the teams mentioned period. 99.9% of everything I say is strictly for my own entertainment

Who watched the Broncos-Chargers game last night? Phillip Rivers was a live koo koo wire after the game talking with the NFL Network analyst. He really was excited about giving a post game interview and couldn't stop talking. Dude was showing off his snakeskin boots to Micheael Irvin, Steve Mariucci, and Marshall Faulk. The Houston Texans are the worst Houston sports team I have ever seen. They are worse than the 2011 - 2013 Houston Astros. They are worse than the purposefully-tanking 1981 - 1982 AND 1982 - 83 Houston Rockets. They are worse than any other Houston football team, including the very first Houston Texans team, or ANY Houston Oilers team.

Hey phunkdaddy & babynoz
I'm kinda starting to think maybe we should keep Haley around. Ben may play a full season, o-line is not bad, great wide recievers, and Bell will be a threat. Now the Defense needs help. May need to get rid of Brett Kesiel, he's 35 and always getting hurt. [Edited 12/20/13 12:49pm]
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
Ben and Haley seems to have a good rapport now and maybe the media for a story constantly led us to believe that Ben wasn't happy with him and maybe that's why Ben blew up at the media a couple weeks ago. Yeah we are set with Brown at one WR spot. Sanders is more of a 3rd WR slot receiver. I had high hopes for Wheaton but he's been a disappointment with injuries and lack of playing time. I'd like to see the Steelers draft Notre Dame's NT Louis Nix in the first round to plug up that middle. Steve McLendon has a high motor but a little light in the ass for NT. He'd be better suited for the outside DL spot. Father time has caught up with Brett Keisel and Ryan Clark. Steelers need desperately to draft a CB or two. Ike Taylor's window is closing and may even can extend his career by moving to free safety. Don't laugh at my funk
