I love 'Drive', can't wait for this one!

Interesting trailer, i don't see a story but hey, Ryan with a beard, what more could i ask for?

Ryan Gosling has the most punchable face ever. I really can't stand him.

Besides the movie looks really violent and my tolerance for gratuitous violence is close to zero nowadays.

Ryan's attractive. Don't dig him in the beard, though.

In any case, this flick doesn't look like my cup of tea. I'll be passing it up.

Hmm, the song title is Thai, the lettering is Thai, and it appears to be in Bangkok.

God, please don't let this be another one of these white-guy-masters-a-skill

that indiginous populations can't--and teaching them a little bit about their culture

in the end (after he saves them from themselves of course).

I loved Drive & also really liked Bronson from the same director. I wasn't crazy about Valhalla Rising and I haven't seen his Pusher trilogy yet, but I think he's shown that he's a pretty thoughtful, interesting filmmaker and not exploitative. Not to say this movie couldn't be what was described above, but at this point I think Refn has earned the benefit of the doubt.

I find it interesting that so many people find him physically attractive. I just don't see it all.

I can never pin your taste. When I suspect you'd like a guy, you never do. And vice versa.

I admit that Ryan's got an unusual face, though. It's long, his nose is on the big and boney side, and his eyes are noticeably asymmetrical with permanent bags. Still, there's something endearing about his quirky look. Doesn't hurt, either, that he's got a nice build when he's worked out. (Wish he weren't so smooth, though.)

I also think he looks far more interesting with age.
