I normally hit the hay between 10 and 11 PM. When school's in session, I get up at 5:30 AM but in the summer, I get up around 7 AM.

My 18-year-old son is going to Europe tomorrow, and has decided to put himself on a sleep schedule that corresponds with the time zone in Germany.

It's 9:30 AM here in Texas, and he just left to eat dinner, LOL. When he gets home, he'll go to bed.

Today is his sister's 16th birthday. He has informed us that he will be sleeping through her birthday dinner.

That's going to go over really well with my wife, LOL.

Weekdays I'm generally asleep between 9:15-10pm.

I'm up somewhere from 5-5:45am. I don't use an alarm either. When I wake up that's it, I get out of bed and get ready for work.

Weekends I rarely stay up past 11. And I usually can't sleep past 6-6:30 or so, but if I really try sometimes I might make it to 7.

I'm going out tonight (annual David Bowie tribute & benefit for a kitty shelter at First Ave & SOTT 25th anniversary party at Aloft after) and I'm already worried about how I'm gonna stay awake past my usual bedtime. redface

I go to between 10pm and midnight. I get up on the weekdays at 5am (really 5:30 after hitting the snooze button multiple times, lol). On the weekends, I'll get up around 7am.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

I usually go to bed between midnight and 1am and get up at 8am on the weekdays.

On the weekends I might stay up until 2am or so and get up around 10am most Saturday/Sundays.

I wish I were more of a "morning person" but I'm simply not. shrug

I typically fall asleep around 11 or midnight.

My alarm is set for 5:30am...but it takes an hour for my body to register the fact that it's time to get out of bed.

Lately my sleep has been erratic...10pm, 2am, and anything in between.

Been getting out of bed at around 7am (just barely enough time to shower, dress, and be at work by 8am).

Between 2-4 am... wake up between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm and sometimes 1:00-1:30 pm, depending on how long I sleep or stay in bed.

I'm normally in the bed around 10:30 p.m., asleep at 1 a.m. and awake again around 7 a.m.

I'm glad you brought it up because I have a new sleep schedule. I just started a new job after 5 months of unemployment (pretty much NO schedule) and it started out well but now it sucks. The goal was to be in bed by 10 to start the wind down process, sleep by 10:30 and get up at 6am. That worked for the first couple of nights but the last couple of nights, even though I'm getting to bed, I can't get to sleep until about 11:30 or after. I'm hoping I'll have better luck with week 2.

Long term unemployment has fucked with my body clock. I am a night owl to the extreme, bed time is always between 12am and 3am depending on my mood, and on the weekdays I get up between 9 and 10, weekends with my partner anything goes, if we are early 10am, some bad days I have been in bed after 12pm (Lunchtime) if I ever get a job I am screwed.

Got some kind of love for you, and I don't even know your name

In bed at about 11-ish. Up at 6 AM.

Weekends, not much different unless I'm going out.

I'm a morning person. I like the quiet hours when everyone is still trying to wake up and you sort of have the city to yourself.
