Are you ready? Yes, I'm ready for swimming and grilling.
Got your beach bod ready? HA! Um, I haven't gone to the beach since I was 13 years old. A fish swam into my belly button. Good times however I much prefer pool side.
Got your new swimsuit? No new swimsuit for me. I'll make do with the same few I own.
No definite plans for me. I'll probably take it easy this summer. I will be going to see Def Leppard & Poison at the end of August in Des Moines so since it's a couple of hours away, it's sort of like a mini vacation.

My grandsons 1st b-day is in July... I just celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary... Trip in August.. other than that, plenty of pool time and maybe a few marathons!

Got your travelling bags packed? I went to the beach towns along the coast, but worked on projects too. I have been so busy, and there's something I need to get done as soon as I can catch a break. For a personal friend.
Got your beach bod ready? No, but have been working out like crazy. Got muscles growin. Swole.

Got your beach bod ready? Not quite. I'm still a work in progress...but do have major plans for what I want my body to look like by my birthday.
Got your new swimsuit? Nope, haven't worn one in years.
What are you planning? Where are you going? What do you WANT to do? Well as I said above, I'm currently planning my birthday party for the fall BUT I would love to go to Chicago, or just simply drive to Myrtle Beach for some relaxation.

Are you ready? Not really. Summer isn't as fun as an adult. In high school and college it was awesome - maybe because my summer job was lifeguarding. New York gets so hot, humid, and smelly by August that I'm ready for it to end!
Got your plans made? Sort of. My annual trip to St. Barth's didn't work out this year so I still have 8 vacation days to use. I will take every Friday off from mid-June through August.
Got your travelling bags packed? No.
Got your beach bod ready? Not quite.
Got your new swimsuit? No new suit this year; I bought one last year.
What are you planning? In general, more trips to Central Park than last summer; at least one out of town trip (in August), maybe a trip to the Jersey Shore.
Where are you going? Possibly Chicago, there's an extremely slim chance I could be going to Europe, but it's not very likely.
What do you WANT to do? I would like to go to St. Barth's, but would settle for anywhere that's NOT New York and has a beach. Unless it's Paris. I'd go to Paris even without the beach.

Our office is also closed for 1 week in mid August; I am trying to plan a trip to Chicago but am waiting to find out if something else pans out, which would probably be around the same week.

Are you ready? I'm so ready!! I haven't had a break from school since August '11 and now there is about ten days left and I'll be finished with my exams and then SUMMER for three months!!!

I've got a trip planned in early June to go to a wedding in Lake Tahoe then continue on to San Fransico for a few days. I'm really looking forward to it.
The rest of the summer I'm working and staying home.
I'd really like to take another trip to Seattle in August as well as the June trip I already have planned. I've never been to Seattle in the summer.

^^THIS! I'll probably hit a private pool party or two, but summer will be just like winter and spring: busy with school, work, kids, wife's bullshit, yadda yadda. No traveling, just take in a show or two that's coming to town and in the studio working on some music.
