See, THIS is why I usually don't watch Raw live and just download it the next day. This has been absolutely one of the WORST Raws in a long time. 200 video packages (including a package showing a package from earlier in the night), and a boring ass main event.

The only good points were Jericho's promo and ME win and the announcement that my fav of all time, HBK, will be at Raw next week. Other than that, utter shit. As I type, there's still a couple of minutes left, but really, unless Brock Lesnar comes in and clears house, this will remain the worst Raw (so far) of 2012. disbelief

4 real it was mad weak tonight ..i think there was only 4 matches in the whole thing tonight

but yo i have a feeling beth is gonna be incorporating tamina and replace nattie ..but what's up with kharma?

man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

I attended a TNA Impact show with one of my close cousins a few years ago (still got the ticket snub) here in NC, the audience seemed into it to me. Booker was on one of the shows I saw. It's odd seeing people you know from TV in real life. Just strange.

I still remember seeing a WWE house show at the Hampton Coliseum in 1998 with Mankind and Kane in a cage match. THAT was when fans were INTO the show lol

Would that happened to be the 'Hell In A Cell' match?

Okay, okay. Rag on Cena all you want, but not on my boy Rock. Yeah, some of promos since "returning" have been trite as all gfet up and go, but all in all, I'm glad he could come back. My only problem with him is he's only been around here and there, and I think he should be at ALL Raws starting with before the Elimination Chamber. Damn near ALL of their feud has been online somehow. Tweetin' each other back and forth.

And we all know how it's going to end. They're going to have Cena beat Rock and then have the Rock raise Cena's hand and say how much he's respected him throughout his whole career. A supposed "feel good" moment. It'll be the DUMBEST shit they ever try to do.

But still, WWE can only be better with The Rock back doing at least SOMETHING.

Yeah, it was 'Hell In A Cell'. That match has put Mick Foley out of commision for awhile. I saw a documentary on him. He suffered from that match.

Rock hadn't wrestled in 7 years and out wrestled Cena, Miz, and R Truth at Survivor Series. That says something to me lol

and you're right with the bolded. The same thing Hogan did with Rock. They want to validate Cena and honestly, Rock's cosign isn't going to change anything. Cena's character has gotten stale and this fued with Kane just shows you how stale it's gotten

and lawd, The Bellas, Kelly Kelly, Eve, and Alica Fox.......the less TV time the better. I'm probably in the minority that thinks if they're gonna have a women's wrestling division, those women should actually wrestle. It was dumb to have Tamina side with the "models". They should've had Dolph dump Vicki and go solo THEN Vicki build up her own Diva's stable with Kharma, Tamina, Beth, and Nattie

Sheeeeet, they showed enough of Cena last night where it felt like he actually was there. There was NO damn point of that Karl Edwards (sp?)/Cena bit that was "supposedly" taped LAST week to actually air. All they had to do was announce he was going to open the Daytona 500. And don't even get me started on that (yet another) video package they aired of him. disbelief

During the Six-Pack Challenge on Monday's RAW SuperShow, R-Truth attempted a slingshot somersault onto The Miz but his fall was not absorbed due to the former WWE Champion being out-of-position. R-Truth ended up falling back-first onto the floor, causing his head to whip back. At that point, the referee decided R-Truth was no longer able to compete and personnel assisted him to the locker room area.

WWE.com has confirmed that R-Truth avoided serious injury after suffering the fall. The basic outline of the match remained the same but adjustments were made from what was initially planned.

As noted earlier, The Miz is being blamed for the errant spot and there was a ton of heat on him from company officials, including Triple H, backstage after the show. The WWE Executive Vice President of Talent "loudly disciplined" The Miz in front of wrestlers as soon as he returned to the back.

The Miz has been on a losing streak in 2012 because he has become the scapegoat for the "lower-than-expected" Survivor Series PPV buyrate.

R-Truth averts major injury

Tags: R-Truth

WWE officials have confirmed that R-Truth avoided serious injury after suffering a brutal fall on WWE’s Raw SuperShow Monday night.

The incident occurred during Raw’s main event Six Pack Challenge involving Truth, WWE Champion CM Punk, Chris Jericho, Dolph Ziggler, Kofi Kingston and The Miz.

R-Truth performed a slingshot somersault over the top rope onto The Miz, who was outside the ring. Although the aerial attack glanced The Miz, R-Truth ended up receiving the brunt of the impact, falling back-first onto the floor. At that point, the referee decided R-Truth was no longer able to compete, and WWE officials helped him to the locker room area.

WWE officials do not believe any injuries sustained from the fall will keep R-Truth out of action.

Jericho ended up winning the Six Pack Challenge after he pinned Dolph Ziggler, who moments before ate a GTS from Punk. Due to a pre-match stipulation, the win earned Jericho the coveted slot of last man into the Raw Elimination Chamber Match on Feb. 19.

This must've been when I wasn't paying attention. I was wondering if Truth had been pinned already, and I had missed it.

I am just LOVIN' Daniel Bryan's character right now. He's made leaps and strides since becoming the champ, and I hope he keeps it beyond WM. And Tamina, just yet another horrible actress in the Divas division. disbelief Let me guess...Beth beats Tamina at EC, and keeps claiming no one can beat her, and then Kharma comes back to claim the crown and wins the Divas title at WM.

I was wondering why she was taking so long to do the Snuka splash. She was going up the ropes extremely slow then just stood there with this mock angry face then.......BAM

That whole segment was pointless. And the Bellas would've fit better with the "models" side and Tamina on the "real wrestlers"

You actually think they're going to have a part-time (or actually, two-time) wrestler go over the face of the company??? And don't forget, we ARE talkin' about the Rock, who has had no problem doing the job for Lesnar, Goldberg, Austin, Jericho or anyone else in the past that the WWE has wanted to put over. And that actually speaks highly of the Rock in saying all of that. But still, the only way I see him winning would be if he and Cena were planning on having a rematch either at the next PPV or at Summerslam.

I'd actually rather see him feud with CM Punk than Boreton. Can you imagine the promos alone?

http://www.thesun.co.uk/s...-tour.html

Hogan lets his hair down

WHATCHA gonna do, SunSportManiacs, when the world's No1 wrestling podcast and Hulkamania combine, brother?

The Immortal Hulk Hogan visited Sun HQ on the eve of TNA Wrestling's historic UK Tour to talk to WrestleCast's JOEL ROSS and ROB McNICHOL on all manner of topics.

Foremost in the Hulkster's mind was just how important in TNA's history the first ever TV tapings at Wembley Arena were.

Hogan told us: "Being with TNA for a couple of years, and I'm not just saying this because I'm here in the UK, it's actually the biggest day for this company.

"It's an historic venue. Some of the greatest things in the wrestling business have happened in this country. The fans know what wrestling is all about. They are the greatest fans in the world."

TNA's tour was their best selling in the country to date and tickets are already on sale for next January's return visit from www.gigsandtours.com/tna2013. Appropriately, Hogan singled out a British TNA star for praise.

Talking about Nick Aldis, aka Magnus, Hulk said: "Nick's got something. He's really come on in the last month with Samoa Joe, since they teamed up. I've watched him before but he didn't really poke his head up.

"But all of a sudden, with the Joe thing, he started talking with Joe. Joe came at him like a tough guy and Magnus stood up to him and said 'I'll take care of my s**t, you take care of yours'.

"It showed that little bit of fire that I hadn't seen. Then in the ring, he was really aggressive. I think there is something there.

"We definitely need to pay a lot of attention to him. He definitely, without a push and without any help, he is starting to shine through."

You can listen to our exclusive interview in full and for free by clicking on one of the links below. Subscribe via iTunes or listen on your PC.

To get you in the mood for the full 45-minute interview, here are some more of Hogan's best bits:

ON CREATIVE CONTROL AND VINCE RUSSO: "People say 'Hogan, you have this creative control clause?' and I say 'yeah, but the only time I've ever exercised it in 30 years is when Vince Russo screwed me'. And it didn't even help then! I got screwed and couldn't do anything about it! "Nowadays, we have a working relationship. I would have bet my bottom dollar that we wouldn't work together again. There was a point in time where if I was to go to TNA it was him or me. The truth is Eric Bischoff sold me on it. Eric had met with Vince and explained to me how things were different and we should sit down to talk."

ON ULTIMATE WARRIOR: "What is the Warrior doing? What has this guy been saying? I've never approached him for sex. I can't speak for my ex-wife!

"We had a guest house, he stayed in it. We worked in my gym, he hung out in the pool all day with my kids, he was super nice to family. There was nothing but respect.

"All the insane, crazy stuff he is saying is nuts. Now even the most hardcore Warrior fans know he's a goof. His cover's gone now, he's so far out of line everybody just knows he is an idiot. He has no credibility. It's sad."

WE NEED TO TALK ... Hulk Hogan chats to Wrestlecast's Joel Ross and Rob McNichol at Sun Towers
WE NEED TO TALK ... Hulk Hogan chats to Wrestlecast's Joel Ross and Rob McNichol at Sun Towers

ON NOT LOSING TO MICHAELS IN THE WWE: "The WWE is Vince's show, and when we went to the dressing room, Vince came in and said 'I want Hogan to go over'.

"Those were Vince's wishes. When Vince wanted Shawn to do the job, we went out and had the match, and everybody said 'Shawn oversold and he was making fun of you' and this, that and the other.

"I can look at it and see why people may say that. If Shawn was really doing that, you'd have to ask him. He's done it several times, not just with me. The reason the feud then didn't go any longer was because I shut it down.

"The next day, on the interview, I was expecting to return the favour. You beat me now I beat you and get the third one and keep it going, because he was such a great worker I thought we were going to have a great run.

"It could be my fault, maybe I had my feelings too much involved, but I thought his interview was going to be, 'You know what, I gotta give it to Hogan. He was better than me on that one night. But it will never happen again. I'm faster than him, but just at that moment the crowd were with him and he had the momentum, but it will never happen again'.

"I thought that was going to be the interview. I thought it was going to be a business interview but he came out and (sarcastically) went 'ooh, he was too fast, he was too young, he had too much hair' and I went 'ugh, I'm out'. I said to Vince 'Your boy... it's business'.

Hulkamania
"It wasn't a creative control thing. I just said 'if it's going to be a clown show from this point on then I don't want to be out there'. I thought this guy wanted to dig and draw some money.

"I've been around Shawn since then and there is not that attitude at all. We've talked on the phone and hung out together and stuff. That piece of business is behind us."

ON BRET HART AND MONTREAL: "I still don't understand what happened with Shawn and Bret. It was a shoot. Everything's a shoot with Bret. He's in a business which is a work. But when it comes to him having the belt it's a shoot.

"How come you can't do a job in Canada? So I can't do a job in Florida? Vince asks Bret to drop the belt but he won't do it? It's Vince's business.

"I don't understand him not putting Shawn over. It's fake wrestling! It's acting! If it was a competitive sport, Andre the Giant would probably never have been beat and Kurt Angle would probably be the champion now. It sure wouldn't be Bret Hart or Hulk Hogan."

Does he really think we're stupid? He's only tried to use his creative control clause ONE time in 30 years? GTFOHWTBS! This interview would've been over for me right there. disbelief

It also sounds like Hogan couldn't stand the HBK's promo heat during their feud, which is a shame really. I would've really liked to have seen my boy HBK ultimately go over that tanned dinosaur.

Smackdown Tapings (to be aired on 2/10/12):

Dark Match:

Brodus Clay defeated Damien Sandow with the Funk splash.

WWE NXT Taping

1. Percy Watson defeated Darren Young.

2. Maxine defeated Katelyn via roll up holding the tights.

3. Heath Slater defeated Derrick Bateman.

Rock wouldn't be a problem coming back if he wasn't using the same old corny ass

schikt he's been on since 2000 and the Fruity Pebbles jokes are lame. This muhfucka

has 50 different catch phrases. At least he could have come back wearing his father's

Sweet Ebony Diamond mask from the 70's or something. lol

@Alex Cena is not hardly winning this match in Miami. I actually see your scenerio flipped the other way.

I would prefer to see a Rock - Orton rivalry.

Can you imagine the promos alone?

yeah i could see the promos and even cm has said things about dwayne's absence from the ring lol

man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81
