Watched TNA Impact a couple of hours ago

they were in Wembley Arena in London and the place looked PACKED. Probably the biggest audience TNA has had eek

Magnus and Samoa Joe vs Crimson and Matt Morgan was kinda forgettable. I'm going to have to watch it again to give a better opinion ot it

Mark Haskins vs Austin Aries was the best match of the entire show. Aries is one hell of a wrestler and a really consistent worker

Gail Kim vs Tara....the WWE Divas could NEVER pull a match like this off. The Knockouts hold their own on the card and sometimes have better matches than the men. Tara's finisher is one of the most painful looking moves I've ever seen

Hogan's back *yawn* and his body is getting into Flair territory. The Bischoff segment was absolutely horrible. Eric's son, Garrett, looks like a complete tool and obviously moving ahead because of his dad. Hogan even did that "windup punch" shit neutral

Again, what a difference a live and active crowd makes. They didn't even need to overdub audience noise like they usually do lol

Maybe they need to move their base of operations to Europe! Just sayin'.

it's good they are expanding and it might light a fire up vince's ass

man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

I think Vince is a lot more afraid of TNA than he lets on.

They (TNA) may have their issues, but they have maintained their small audience in the US while Vince's audience slowly disappears.

As for Europe, TNA has consistently beaten WWE in the ratings but the WWE marks claim it's only because TNA is on free TV while WWE is on a network that you have to pay extra to get.

My dream...for the folks who run TNA (Panda Energy) to buy Ring of Honor and give TNA a complete overhaul. Give the folks who run ROH the financial backing that TNA has and Vince is in serious trouble.

It would be a wise decision for them to tour the UK more often. The audience was really into it.

WWE does Raw at the o2 if I recall but they used to do them at Wembley Arena before the o2 started getting popular. Just checked Wiki and it says Wembley Arena's capacity is 12,500 so that's probably the biggest audience they've had

The Impact Zone sucks in comparison. The home audience just sits there whereas the Wembley Audience and even their shows in North Carolina last year, those fans were really into it and it made the show better

Did you guys see that submission move Austin Aries did at the end of his match? COT DAMN! eek

I attended a TNA Impact show with one of my close cousins a few years ago (still got the ticket snub) here in NC, the audience seemed into it to me. Booker was on one of the shows I saw. It's odd seeing people you know from TV in real life. Just strange.

I still remember seeing a WWE house show at the Hampton Coliseum in 1998 with Mankind and Kane in a cage match. THAT was when fans were INTO the show lol

Man I remember going to see a WWF show (I think it was one of the pay per view events). From the onset, people were into it, but it was divided in the section I was in. Some halfway were excited, some were bored and others couldn't hold their emotion. lol I think it was King of the Ring or something like that but I bet the energy in 1998 was higher than it was when I went (which I think was 2006 or 2007).

bboy when i saw TNA live the crowd was mad hyped as well. tna's home is a studio in a sense tho the production is there in the stage and tron, it feels small. but hey things are looking up 4 them no doubt.

as 4 aries submission, something that can work in tna (wrestling!) and it wouldn't work in WWE (cry babies can't do menancing moves anymore)

that piece on greg helms indicated that cause his finish move he was told he couldn't do it anymore cause it was devasting!

A cool thing would be for them to do SuperShows like WCW used to do with New Japan Wrestling

every other month for about a year, have a 2 or 3 hour show featuring the best wrestlers of both promotions

I always thought that WWE, ECW, and WCW missed out on huge opportunities by not having a huge "megacard" together. Vince was willing to work with ECW but wouldn't with WCW and vice versa with Bischoff

8 Man Tag: nWo (Hogan, Hall, Nash & Syxx) vs. DX (HHH, Shawn Michaels & New Age Outlaws)

Could you imagine? Well...now that I look at it, the nWo sucked in the ring! But Flair vs. Hogan back when it mattered, and Randy Savage vs. Sting, or Bret Hart & Jim Neidhart vs. Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchard to unify the NWA/WWF tag titles...DREAM MATCHES!

And once again, Japan is ahead of us. Back in August 2011, the big three (New Japan, All Japan, NOAH) put on a show together called "ALL TOGETHER". It was a benefit for the tsunami victims and was one of the most awesome shows I'd seen in awhile. The main event was a six man tag with the big three champions facing the big three #1 contenders. Again, it was awesome.

oh gosh... The Undertaker came back on monday!? touched he's the whole reason I watched wrestling for as long as I did. The whole Attitude era is so nostalgic to me. I'm sure because I was a kid it was easy for me to pretend the 'lord of darkness' was sacrificing souls on his cross/symbol or whatever the hell you wanna call it lol

I hear this could be his last WrestleMania but as to why he'd have a rematch with HHH, other than he may be the only vet. on Taker's level left in the company, I have no clue. no real story line which is really what made the character, no? confused

maybe it'll be a casket match or buried alive or even the last ride match. shrug

Nah, it'll be a regular slow paced match like their match last year lol

The storyline for this is pretty basic: Shawn Michaels fought Taker at Wrestlemania 25 and 26. Those 2 matches were probably the absolute best of Taker's career. Since his best friend, who's considered by many as the greatest wrestler of all time, couldn't get the job done, Hunter wanted a shot at ending The Streak and almost came close last year. At the end of their match last year, Triple H lost but walked out yet Taker, the winner, couldn't walk out on his own and had to carted out.

Taker's pride took a hit and he wants a rematch. Most of time, it's the opponent that's chasing Undertaker down for a match at Wrestlemania. This time, it's Undertaker doing the chasing....

I don't think this is his last WM but his body is worn down. For the past 3 or 4 years, he comes back in January and stays until Wrestlemania then he leaves again lol As long as Vince keeps throwing him money and his body is somewhat able to move, he'll be around

Undertaker has come off more human than scary in recent years. I don't know if it was his match with Shawn or Triple H but Undertaker's frustration showed up a lot. He kept yelling and cursing and shit. He barely walked out of the ring after the Shawn match.

I think it's the ultimate fail, him coming back as this version of the undertaker. (I forget exactly what happened. Was it the buried alive match with Vince w/ Kane, that "killed" him off? lol ) I mean we had met his then wife Sara, and he was badass Mark Calaway, biker from hell. perfect, the WWE had grown up shrug

lurking he could have even came back monday night as a revised 'Taker. Remember when Mick Foley was on his last legs and he pulled out Cactus Jack?(against Triple H as well nontheless) lol

I don't know, I'm guessing the Taker is going to do one more Wrestlemania and then retire. He can't be short on money, right?

vince comes on every now and then

stephanie rarely is on air

shane i don't think is with the WWE anymore

linda hasn't been seen in years mostly doing her political thing

man, he has such an amazing body of music that it's sad to see him constrict it down to the basics. he's too talented for the lineup he's doing. estelle 81

It was the best way. "Biker Taker" got lame really quick and they had to find a way to bring the old persona back. I mean, he even used Limp Bizkit song as his theme lol

If we consider HHH a McMahon now.....

what is always funny 2 me is that the storyline of hhh and stephanie was that they got "divorced" then all of sudden RL comes in and they are married etc
