I'm kinda late posting here, but I've nothing but respect for you - you're a strong single mother (the good looks are just a bonus) who keeps it ALWAYS real. I don't know if you remember me since I haven't been around here much the past year or so but you are one of the few orgers here that I remember since my "early days" at the Org and I usually enjoy your contributions to threads over here.

regarding the "shittiest night ever", although it's probably not quite the same level as what you experienced I can kinda relate - I had a shitty weekend - I don't want to jack your thread completely but basically a close friend of mine proved he can't handle drinking, he went on a binge, punched me in the face for trying to make him calm down, blamed me and other friends of mine and alcohol for his behaviour and threatened to hurt himself.

and I agree with ZK, it's really unfair of the persons involved to do this to you.

WTF!!!

He REALLY croosed the line last weekend - he has had some anger issues the past weeks and months, mostly because a girl that was a friend with benefits wasn't interested in him anymore and wanted to move on. I've tried to stay out of it, because I'm friends with both of them and because I'm FAR from being neutral because I had a crush on the girl and I still wasn't over it when he hooked up with her originally last year.

But last weekend he was acting like an ass, me and a bunch of friends (including the girl) were at a house in the countryside partying and at around 5 am in the morning when everyone wanted to go to sleep, he decided to listen to LOUD metal and he was being angry, slamming doors and walking in circles and no-one knew exactly why he was so angry. And after a while I just had to tell him to turn off the bloody music and calm down. And then he punched me in the face, close to my right ear. I still feel like it's slightly swollen but there wasn't any bleeding or visible bruises or scars, luckily.

Self harm & suicide isnt a nice subject matter it is serious/sad & very painful & eye feel the pain of every1 who has attempted these things!!!!Eye myself have been 2 some very dark places...people just need love...

I'm hoping now that they will finally get some help. I think they hate me today, though...

You know what's sad, they are not even estranged...disfunctional, yes...but what family isn't?

Anyway, I checked in on them today and they were lukewarm towards me. I guess I'll just back off for now. I am in touch with a sibling, though and they promised to keep me updated.

I will see them in 2 weeks as well...unless they totally pull away.
