Well, some gays don't mind (depending on context), but some have zero tolerance for it; as a shortened version of f**got, it can be as offensive as the n word

most ppl I know just use 'gay'

same with "f** hag" ~ ppl just say hag now

I actually started pulling dress links last night, but it got real late and I was way tired.

For some reason I also keep thinking "gunmetal/dark silver-ish/grey". It's hard for me to tell the detail on the shoe from that pic.

Something about the shoe also makes me want to see it with a pant.

Maybe it's the shape or heel-height. The thing that can make it go either way if combined with a pant is the front detail so you'd have to mind the length and type of pant (material/leg cut).

Done right, the detail could be a nice "peekaboo" surprise when you sit and cross your leg, or when the pant is in motion. But done wrong, it can just seem akward and too much.

It's a case by case thing. Just like the "N" word, it's kind of "our" word to use but someone else doesn't generally get a good response if they use it. Not sayin any of that makes sense or it's ok, just how it is.

I personally will definitely do a double-take if I hear someone (non gay) use it. Some hags/fruit-flies will pick up the word and some folk find it ok.

I myself really try not to use it. Now and then I slip, I'm not perfect.
