Window seat. I love looking out and seeing what's around. That is, until the plane goes above the clouds, and you can't see as much. lol But the big, puffy clouds and the sun shining is pretty to look at as well. jet cloud9 sun

Okay, why oh why did the Peter, Paul and Mary song, "Leaving on a Jet Plane" pop into my head just now? err lol

i prefer the aisle. i like to stretch my legs every now and again and it's usually easier in aisle seat.

window!

It feels roomier, even if it's just a couple of inches of leaning space. I like looking out the window and I like having somewhere to lean on to sleep.

I've never been on a plane but I don't think I'd want a window seat. I'd be scared to look out of it. lol

I don't really have that much of a preference. My big thing is that I like to sit towards the front so I can get off the plane sooner when it lands. If I have to make a connecting flight then I prefer aisle seat, near the front; but otherwise I guess window. That way I can look out the window instead of make chit chat with the neighbor. (I hate making small talk on planes.)

The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

I'm 6'3", so I need an aisle seat unless I'm in an exit row, as otherwise, my legs are scrunched up against the seat in front of me. neutral

Aisle since I'm tall, and like Moonbeam, prefer not to be scrutched up to the seat in front of me

I travel for free so I always have a window seat and I make sure the seats surrounding me are blocked off so I can have the entire row.

Window. I like the view. And if I have to go use the John, I rarely fly alone, so I'm usually only disturbing my wife and/or kid.

I try to be on the aisle on the right side. I'm left handed, so that gives me a little more room to maneuver if I want to eat or write. And if the person in the middle seat is male, it gives me room to scooch over a little more or lean away - since men tend to be encroachers. rolleyes

I used to love sitting by the window - back when the middle seat was usually empty and I only had to get over one person to get to the restroom. But now, they cram the planes so full, there's rarely an empty middle seat.

always window. that way i only have to sit by one person i don't know instead of between two people.

i have anxiety attacks if i'm between two people i don't know whether it's at a movie, on a plane or standing in line.
